Big Lots

Got a beautiful living room set, on sale during Black Friday weekend. Everything I had been looking for at a great 👍 price

I found great deals in big lots for the holidays. They had very nice colorful trees and gift sets. They have nice deals on furniture and couch sets.

Cool place to shop. The store is always clean.

I have not been to this Big Lots in a very long time but I will be going back. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful!!

Store was well stocked and I noticed alot of prices are cheaper than other competitors. I bought a comforter set for My Daughter's bedroom.

So me and my wife just moved, and we have been sleeping on a blow up mattress. We needed a bed and tried everywhere but no one could get us a bed tonight! Went to big lots bc they finance. And we were greeted by a guy named Brian! He helped us through the application process, even got us a raise on our limit. He tried his best to get us what we wanted first, a queen. But nothing we wanted was in stock. Only when everything failed he tried to up sell to us to get us a bed tonight. We choose the king bed, and frame. He got us set up with our first payment, then went and got everything and loaded us up himself. He was sweet and helpful, and honestly the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. I am a manager with another company and I’m telling you, he’s a hard worker and does what he can for his customers! Thank you Brian! You made this a very pleasant experience!

We were looking for a 6 ft. lighted elm tree for outdoor decoration. Walked in there it was, with the boxed ones just below it. Went to checkout, used a 20% coupon. We had a nice visit to Big Lots.

This store had a wide selection of items to choose from across the shopping spectrum. The location is convenient within Rocky Mount, NC. The parking is plentiful.
The store is clean and presentable. The staff and friendly and knowledgeable.

Very impressed with the beautifully creative layout in the furniture department. Huge variety of styles and finishes for head boards, foot boards and nightstands to provide options for an affordable, updated bedroom makeover. Treat yourself!

I love this place!! You can find almost any and everthing. The employees are friendly and helpful always.

Very helpful staff, they spent plenty of time with us explaining the differences between a few different patio sets. They also loaded the truck for us, great service !

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable about the items in the store. The update done to the store is fantastic. So much easier to find the items you are looking for.

It was my first time here at the big lots in rocky mount just moved here from new bern and it's way better love the quiet atmosphere.

People tend to overlook this store but it has good deals & really nice mdse.

I was assisted by Rhonda and she was very nice,friendly, knowledgeable. She was off the clock and still took the time to assist me.

Very kind staff at this location! I originally went to the Wilson location looking for a particular mattress that they unfortunately did not have in stock, but they called their Rocky Mount location and requested they hold one there for me, they agreed and even helped me load it on my truck! Thanks, guys!!
