I had the very best experience while shopping for shoes. Courtney Nash was the best and her manager. They were very professional, helpful and friendly. I ended up buying three pair shoes😀.

The sales lady in perfume was simply great. She was pushing the new line VALENTINO. The men's is whewww amazing. The ladies has two different types. They both are incredible. However the pink one is by far my favorite. Ladies it's expensive however get it. 😜😁

If you EVER want the perfect person to help you find the right parfums to wear, Letycia is the BEST! Shes enthusiastic and such a sweet person, you will not leave unhappy with your purchase, and you will have a pleasant and positive experience any time you interact with her. I've never met somone so genuine, she does everything to make sure you leave with a smile!

Sales associates very friendly, professional and helpful. Found lots of great things at great prices during their clearance sale!

Excellent customer service. I needed to return some shoes (my son had an issue with the shoe) and the 2 lovely ladies assisted me! I plan to buy another pair this week and again in the future.

If you are looking for fragrances, particularly men’s fragrances, look for Kenny. he is helpful and patient and loves what he does.

He knows the products, and he wasn’t pushy and met me at my level of understanding. I had a great experience testing different fragrances. I’m glad I stopped by.

I believe our Mall businesses are failing due to the understaffing of most businesses. There is never someone there when you need them. However, not the case at Dillard's. We were greeted and shown love.

Great Experience! Moses was awesome! He immediately asked if I needed assistance when I was looking through the suits. I informed him of my size, what I needed, and that I was attending a funeral this next week and needed a suit. He was able to help me find the right size suit and dress shirt. I took my mother to Dillard's (at Westgate Mall) to find a dress for a special event. There were two customer service representatives who were incredibly kind, polite and helpful. In this day and age, when it's hard to get employees to come to work much less do a stand-up job while they're there? Unfortunately, it's more uncommon than it used to be. I can honestly say that I was impressed. I hope it's alright to state their names here, and I really hope I have them right: Thank you, Muranna and Martha.

1st time purchasing in here. Went Looking for sleep wear for Valentines day gift . Found a good selection of styles. I was helped picking out the between styles . I got good advise. The gift was a hit. Loved my experience.

I came in today and I had the pleasure of meeting Kenny. I was looking for a new cologne and Kenny turned me on to a great Fragrance. He was very professional and he really knew his stuff. This is the type of coustom service that people of Dillard's give. 5 Stars!

I don't shop at Westgate Mall much but when I do I go to Dillard's. Every associate has been extremely helpful and friendly. I recently visited the Housewares department to get a new blanket and found great sales going on. The associate pointed out some options and I ended up leaving with more items. She helped carry my bags to the car. They have good quality items and glad the store is there when I need something quickly or need to put my hands on it before buying. The prices on some items are high but they have amazing sales after each season.

Estee Lauder counter is FANTASTIC! She always knows what I want, and need.. New products..makes my face look flawless! Oh yes, and younger.

Moses in the Men's department was incredible. I brought in 2 teenage boys to shop for dress clothes and shoes. He helped us through the entire department picking out shoes, suits and pants. Thank you Moses, we will back since you made shopping so easy!

I can’t say enough good things about this Dillard’s location. I visited there today and there were wonderful sales people anxious to help me with all of things that I had come to the store for. I was not pestered, but truly helped by people who enjoyed their work! I will definitely shop here again. Thanks to the crew of 2-22-22!

I purchased some lingerie from upstairs, the lady helping me in the dressing room was extremely friendly and recommended the exact things I was looking for, helped me with sizing and also helped me get fastened up properly. She didn't make me feel bad about my size or handicap and was just really a great, helpful sales person.

Came in clueless as to what size suit my son needed. Bryson, the manager, took us under his wing and we left with a complete outfit. We never felt rushed and got the best customer service after being totally discouraged and ignored at Belk and JCPenney. We will start and end at Dillards next time. All thumbs up from this crew!

We we're traveling home, stopped in the mall to get something to eat. Long story short, your company comes to my work and I always buy a purse, and I haven't had a chance till today 😁. We strolled in, looked at MK.. Have been wanting a black one, so.. BINGO, I'm the winner.. Thank you Dillard's.. Happy customer.. ❤

Buy your perfume and cologne here, stop buying online from generic companies. Generic companies water it down, for real; I know! They always have something new every time I go. Ask for Lucy, tell her the barber sent you and she'll bless you, trust me!
