I had a CPU that needed correcting. The service representative at Office Depot was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Also, she was very knowledgeable about the technical issues that needed correcting. I am very happy with Office Depot and their products and support.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I asked for assistance with finding an item, and the employee was very helpful. I was able to get the item that I needed. Also the price was great.

I am very satisfied with my first purchase. Ms. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. She was passionate, patient, and knowledgeable.

If you’re looking for great customer service, this is your store! Even though I knew what I was looking for, I was still checked on by several staff (even though they had other things they were doing, too). I’d especially like to highlight Alan! He was genuine, helpful, and thoughtful! I had gone here first, but wanted to price and spec check another store. He didn’t pressure me, just allowed me to make the decision that made most sense for me. When I returned, he had grabbed the item from the back of the store so that all I had to do was walk to the check out area and pay. That level of service is not often seen in retail today. Go here if you wanted to be treated with respect and kindness!

Office Max has multiple items that I needed. Courteous, supportive staff that helped me to locate what I wanted. Spent time with me sharing information about the product. Patient, did not rush and friendly. Made my shopping experience a pleasure.

Even though I think it very disappointing that one of two of your stores that were in our metro area closed some time ago, I continue to shop at the one retail location still open. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. It is a pleasure to shop there.

Ms Kathy is a wonderful woman. She will truly be missed!

@3:57pm, Ms.Ann Louise and the other girl that was working the other cash register. Both were outspoken(cheerful) both were people friendly and both seem to know the way around the store, both were Very patient with my family and me! Thank you guys for making a very memorable experience!

Great store. Had the items I wanted to purchase in store so that I could look and compare prices. Took a new printer home that day. Very helpful associates and great prices. They had everything I wanted in the store so no ordering and waiting and paying for shipping.

Paul in Printing Services saved the day! He gave a professional opinion to help me decide on a last minute poster for a trade show. He was super friendly and fast even though he was very busy. I’m so pleased!

Great customer service ! The cashier helped me to find two rims of papers, which helped me in saving my treasure time. She was diligent, polite and friendly.

I love this store. Everyone is so nice. They always help me with my projects. I use the printing services excessively. I've been using them for years and never had a problem but once and they fixed it immediately. I reccomend them to everyone. I've also used the computer services for my laptop. They are truly a one stop shop with a professional and friendly environment.

The staff are always helpful. Most often they will greet me and ask me if I need assistance before I approach them. If I need to approach them, it’s mostly because they are super busy.

Very good service. Buying a new printer and when we got into the section we were looking for we were quickly approached by an employee to see if he could be of service. We told him no as we were just looking at this point.
After browsing a few moments a manager going down the main aisle way asked if he could get us some assistance. I explained that we had already been approached by a team member and thanked him.
We finally made a decision on a printer and loaded it onto the cart when the original employee appeared again and asked if he could be of further service at which point he helped my wife to find the proper ink for the printer and helped to get a case of paper. Then he rang our purchase up and offered to help us to the car.
Good service will win out all of the time.

Great customer service. I submitted a project for flyers. Within two hours, the order was ready for pick-up! Online ordering was simple to maneuver, and the flyers were awesome! Thanks so much.

My experience in Office Depot today was excellent. It's nice when you go into a store and 3 people ask to help you, say hello to and are just simply professionals. I couldnt have asked for better service.
