On Friday, December 10, 2021, my sister and I had a devastating experience while attempting to purchase a wig at the Town Fashion Hair and Fashion Store in Manning, SC. Upon entering the store, I addressed the owner by saying, “How are you today?” The owner did not respond but gave me an intense stare. I have no doubt that was my cue to depart that establishment, but I selected two wigs that I wanted to purchase. The owner brought those two wigs from the supplies room for me. Then, I inquired about another wig, and this is where the owner demonstrated his true nature.

1. The owner said, “You said two wigs. You are making me work too hard.” I responded, “You should have patience working with clients in your store.” He replied, “I don’t need patience because I am a business owner.”

2. The owner seemed concerned with watching another young lady that entered the store rather than taking care of my needs at this specific time.

Finally, I was very annoyed with the owner’s behavior. I passed the wigs back to him, and I stated that I would not enter his store again.

Very rude n racist

Not a community friendly place. A small place that's too packed with limited room to shop. Not satisfied with service. Error not a Dance store.

Customer service is nasty, go to the other one!!
