I took my 92 year old mom. It was wonderful. Jennifer was patient with her and made her comfortable. Charlotte at the front desk was great also.

This is a very nice office to go for appointments. We always feel comfortable. Everything is explained to us about the hearing and the new advances in hearing aids

Stopped to have non working aid checked out. The Doctor examined it and decided to send in for repair.

Definitely quality and professional assistance are number one priority. Am still very anxious to get aids. Just still have problems getting to right location to finish application. Thank you again for your assistance and pray I get to finish up and be hearing great again.

Very extensive and thorough testing. The doctor took time to explain everything and answer all questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone having hearing problems.

I don't know about any other branches but the audiologist here is herself hearing challenged and she was able to understand my mom's needs precisely.

The ladies there are so sweet and nice you couldn't ask for a better receptionist or doctor they were both thorough and very easy to talk to sweet and nice is all I can say about him I'll gladly give anybody to tell him to go there and I will do that I will spread the word

Audiologist was absolutely wonderful. Took the time to listen and more importantly care about each question, concern, and unique situation that I needed help with.

My mother of 91 years was in need of some help with her hearing. Jennifer Goldman was wonderful in assisting my mother with the various tests. Best audio consultant I've ever seen. Convinced me to go with an apple phone. I hate apple, however my hearing aids should pair/work better and the APP's work better than android apps.

The personal was helpful and polite very informative on how to be mindful of my hearing, how to clean wax out of my ears, what products to get for ear wax.

Very nice people to deal with and work with have no issues with the product close to town not far to go it's glad to have someone nearby in case you need something

Jennifer and Charlotte are both very friendly and very professional in the Henderson, NC office. Would highly recommend going to see them if you are having difficulty hearing.
