Mohawk is often overlooked and very peaceful. Because it's a bit out of the way to drive to, you can usually come here for a bit of quiet calm.

Excellent playground designed by same designers as The Gathering Place on Riverside Drive. The exhibits are very amazing especially the Lost Kingdom! The animals are really up close and in very natural looking environments.

Really enjoy this zoo. They have a lot of awesome animals and seem to actually care about them. The membership option is an amazing deal too!

If your looking for things to do in tulsa Mohawk Park is a great place. As a park it has picnic facilities. There are playgrounds. There's a splash pad. A polo field and disc golf. Multiple shelters in the park some are large and made from stone and others are standard open design some have fountains for water and grills to use there are trash cans at all of them. A very large soccer complex. Now there are 2 big items I haven't touched on but are our favorites and why we go to the park most times they are the Mary k Oxley nature center and trails the nature center is fun with a knowledgeable staff and the trails are great for exploring and seeing oklahoma nature.
The second one and last thing I bring up is what we take family to and that's the tulsa zoo it is inside Mohawk park and a great place for kids, family, dates and just to go and walk I can't recommend the zoo enough

We love coming here. We typically go to the zoo part first and then hit the playground after. The kids love the rock wall and I can't wait until the splash pad opens for the summer

Great place to fish or disc golf. Almost sort of a hidden gem in Tulsa since folks don’t typically make the drive from South to North, so you feel secluded and at peace most times.

Peaceful place in nature with tons of birds and deer as well as fish and turtles in the reservoir. The trails are easy to identify and very secluded. It does get muddy and wet after rain though, some trails become impassable but they do a good job of keeping the trails clear. There are bald eagles flying around as well as osprey during certain times of the year. Recommend this place to enjoy nature and get away from traffic and noise. Keep it clean Tulsa, pick up after yourself.

I went to Oxley Nature Center which is within the park. It has over nine miles of trails that are well maintained. The terrain is level so you don't have to worry about hills. It is a great place for families and to teach your children about nature. They provide you with a lot of information about the animals and various ecosystems. Probably the #1 spot for birdwatching in the Tulsa area.

The trails here were absolutely amazing during winter. I can only imagine what they'll look like this Spring. They seemed to be fairly well maintained, aside from a few trash items randomly left along the trails.

Water Park here is super awesome! Cute animal statues that are part of the water sprayers (like 2 are for cute pics imo!) and the toys plus a rock wall is right next to the water toys! It's great and there's nice shade areas for us parents to hang out, and for the kids when they need a cool off period lol 10/10 recommend and hope to go again!

Love it, here 2 or 3 times a week! Please respect this wild space and leave your dogs at home. There are multiple paths good for a run around a lake or a walk into swampy nature scenes.
