Best Western - Airport

The price was very modest. And although the room was a bit minimalist it had every essential. But for me it was the service is that stood out. A minor plumbing issue was handled expeditiously and maintenance followed up with me within the hour to be sure the work was satisfactory. Very impressive.

This is probably the best motel/hotel that has smoking rooms in the entire Tulsa metro area.

The rooms were clean, felt sanitary, had wonderful service, has a Subway IN the motel.

I put 3/5 on Location because there is some riff-raff that shows up there from time-to-time because of where it's located.

If it weren't for that, I'd actually give it a 5/5 because of its physical location and ease of access to everywhere in Tulsa. Two main arteries are right next to the motel and it's easy to get in and out of there.

While housekeeping could not speak English, they were very pleasant, diligent, and did a great job.

I have no bad things to say about the motel except for some of the people that can show up there, but if you just keep to yourself, no one will bother you.

While I was there, a guy named Adam was being emasculated by some girl (room next door) and he finally reacted, she flipped out and demanded he leave, but he wasn't budging and they screamed for about 20 minutes, then he stormed out of there and it was peaceful again.

Adam, bro, you should've just left. lol Also, don't put up with that from her - yikes.

No, no - me bringing up that the housekeeping doesn't speak English was in no way a complaint!! It actually made me use technology to speak to them.

I pulled out my phone, opened Google translate and relayed all I needed to relay. There was zero complaint about that!! In fact, I tipped them really, really well because I felt they did such a wonderful job. I didn't mind that I couldn't understand them w/o a language aid.

No complaints about housekeeping!

I’ve stayed here several times. Great in the summer because of the outside pool. Staff is always friendly. Subway on-site makes food convenient. Rooms are always clean.

Our family experienced the inconvenience of having our electric off due to a big storm. We were so blessed to have found a clean and very well managed hotel to be our home away from home. The staff and management were all so amazingly kind and accommodating and the room was very comfortable. Thank you for making these days not so bad. We will definitely be back if we every find a need!

The internet was terrible the room could be cleaner the bed spread had tons of stains on it. The guy at the breakfast bar was awesome very friendly. He needs to work at the front desk. The breakfast bar was very clean well organized great selection!

Front desk personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and smoke free. However, room 148 no hot water for a shower, and the outlet by the sink did not work. Otherwise our stay was very good.

Not bad. Room was clean! Bathroom was clean. No complaints about the room at all. Subway in lobby. Gas stations you can just walk to for extrs. Casino not far. Hotel right off the hwy could hear people/ cars outside but wasn't horrible. A breakfast offered but I never made it as left very early. No complaints about the room it was actually very comfortable & bed was comfortable & fridge & microwave always a plus & coffee maker for me in early am before leaving. Liked seeing my car from my room to know it was sade also. Checkin simple. Lady who helped me with dark hair was really sweet, a off looking lady walked past her and gave me a off smerk/look like if I wasn't tired I would of sl!]÷# her. She shouldn't be working at a hotel doing that as people come in from all over! Overall I recommend this place & would stay again if needed. I would fire crackle wacko employees thou here.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was well maintained. The surrounding neighborhood is rundown but has all of the businesses necessary to aquire the things that one needs

Clean room, enjoyed my stay.

I decided to play Russian Roulette with Priceline, and paid $33/night to stay in a hotel of their choosing. I ended up at this Best Western, and boy did I luck out. Now for that rate, the hotel definitely needs upgrades. But, it was clean, there were no bugs, there was a microwave and fridge in the room, and the bed was comfortable enough. The water pressure in the shower was great, but the water wasn't too warm. I let Cesar know about this when I was checking out, and he said he would take care of it as he handed me a breakfast to go. Mary at the front desk was also amazing! I travelled by myself, was going to a wedding, and this lovely lady helped me zip up my dress. I also felt safe at this hotel being a female and travelling by myself. I was worried about the customer service level I was going to receive after reading other reviews of this place. I was pleasantly surprised to find my experience to be exceptional. People need to realize ALL hotels place an additional hold on your credit card when staying in case something happens. Car rental companies do it, too. As an avid traveler, I would strongly recommend this hotel, and I will be staying here again if I ever come back to Tulsa.

The rooms are always very clean. The staff are so nice and treat me like family. I stay here often for work I feel safe and have no worries. The Subway in the Hotel is awesome.

They're nice and clean, well organized... You can check in anytime after 12pm, but you must check out by 11 am.

Continental breakfast includes - scrambled eggs and sausages, cereals, orange or apple juice, coffee, hot chocolate, muffins, etc.

The rooms are nice, beds were comfy, lots of pillows. The housekeeping ladies are really nice.

The staff was warm and friendly, providing us with a room upgrade that better suited our needs. The room was clean and well appointed, with thoughtful small touches: pillows arranged just so, shower curtain artfully draped. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy, which my sister says was plentiful and delicious. It was quiet. Air conditioning worked well. Blankets were warm but not stifling. Mattress was comfortable. Checkout was a breeze. A very nice stay.

Room is clean. Front desk is nice and friendly. Stayed two days cleaning staff came to all rooms around 10. I had a non smoking room there was no awful smell or anything like other reviews. I really enjoyed my stay. No one follows you. Their is a subway adjacent to the hotel so you can grab food or order. Overall nice stay the ground was clean, hotel was clean hotel isn't responsible for surrounding area homelessness and honestly I didn't notice it.

Wonderful stay! Checked in at 12:30 am, had a very clean room, comfortable bed as well. Slept so good, I missed the continental breakfast! Desk help was very friendly and helpful. Mary was lovely to talk with, and very accommodating. If I have to overnight in Tulsa again, this is where I'll stay.

Fair priced rates and delicious breakfast. Nice pool to boot. The staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and beds are comfy. All positives I don't see negatives that other people gave on reviews. Plus very fast wifi helps keep me from wasting my data. Only thing I think needs improvement is the AC units they don't get cold enough and look fairly old other than that good stay and worth what I payed for 3 days.
