Dr. Arthurs was a breath of fresh air! Treated me like a person and cared and listened to what I had to say! Really enjoyed my visit! Made me laugh too and that’s really important to me! Good man all around!

Dr.Matson is amazing this clinic has pushed me from being scared of having a PCP to enjoying every visit I go to I look forward to it. The staff makes me feel welcome and the Dr makes me feel like no matter what I go through he is there for me. I was referred my a friend to Dr.Matson and again just amazing!

I see Dr. Robin Matson and Lisa Matson! They are both awesome. Most of the people who work there are awesome but there is a lady that answers the phones that is somewhat hateful and there is zero reasoning with her. Sometimes things happen and they can’t control that but they can control how they address those things! I would still and have recommended both doctors because they are great!

The nurse wasn't very polite but the Dr. was awesome. He really listened and showed concern and cared. The rest of the staff was pretty nice as well, and the doc was in the room within 10 minutes of us getting back.

I was pleased with the staff and Dr Arthur's he's honest straight forward and knows what he's doing he said he would help me as long as I listen to him follow the rules showed me a list of things he does not allow and we talked ,thanks to this clinic I'll be able to return to work soon

Dr. Matson is absolutely great, as are the nurses. The administrative staff really bring them down though, from double billing, to not sending prescriptions to the pharmacy, to being flat out rude on the phone. I get other peoples bills constantly, if they could just replace their entire admin staff with folks who were more worried about customer service and doing their job than giggling and gossiping about whatever is going on in everyones life then they would be a solid 10 in my book.

The Doc is great but the wait time is horrible! An hour in the waiting room and then it still takes at least another hour in the patient room for the Doc to get it there, talk and let ya go!! It's crazy and time consuming!!

The office said I did not pass a monthly drug screen. I adamantly swear that something went wrong with the test. I was told by the PA Mary that I would be able to do weekly drug screenings. I even begged to come back that same day and take another drug screening but was denied. I received a letter a week later dropping me as a patient from the entire facility. I WAS NOT given a chance to find another doctor before they stopped prescribing my pain medications and my bipolar medication. They stopped ALL of my medications effective immediately, which is a Violation of the Pain Management Contract that the facility and I signed. I was taking 5 pain pills per day because I had just undergone 5 surgeries since 2020 2 wrist, 1 rotator cuff, right shoulder implant, then complete shoulder replacement all on my right arm. I was also a patient of Dr Lisa Matson psychologist. I was diagnosed with Bipolar II two years ago. This office almost caused my death! I tried to kill my self several times during the month of December because of my withdrawals. I was even denied my Social Security Disability because the office refused to send my medical chart to the Social Security office. I am now having to file an appeal.

The ladies at the front really ruin the work Dr. Matson does-
In patient, inconsiderate and they like to hang up on you!!
Every time you call there is an attitude
Sad that 10 dollar workers can tarnish what phenomenal work these doctors do.
I would choose another practice that has a better grip on its management style-

Thanks! JS

Don't go here unless you want to be treated as trash from my experience they need an attitude adjustment
