I wanted to start the year out by thanking the wonderful people at southerlands furniture gallery. My husband and I purchased several pieces for our new home and our Sons new home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the pieces and the service we received. By far the best service in Tulsa/ BA. Thank you Kevin and Randy for helping us make our home a home with all the finishing touches. ♥The Heaths!

WE ❤ RICK!! Our kind of salesman. Knowledgeable, direct, no BS, and so so patient and kind. We also really appreciated our designer Dee who helped us figure out our living room layout. Me and my husband are young and have been treated really poorly when shopping for big purchases and Rick and Dee both treated us with curtesy and respect. They earned customers for life. Give them a raise 😉

We’ve loved working with Sutherlands on furnishing our new home. They offer a complimentary design service thru their in-house designer, Tony. He’s been so great to work with! He really listens to your wants and needs and works hard to make your design fit perfectly to your home and style. We honestly can’t imagine going to any other furniture store anymore. It’s been such an enjoyable experience! Also a huge shoutout to their delivery guys! They are the nicest!

Absolutely lov Steve, goes above and beyond for customers. No high pressure, honest, patient, knowledgeable. Sold us our dining table in 2019, sold us our new couch and recliner Friday. We will come back. The Humphreys

Love the atmosphere here! No pushy salesman and nobody following you around. However, if you need help their designer, Tony, is fabulous! He knows what he’s talking about and how to explain that to you in a way that makes sense. He even does house calls! He came to our house and was able to find us the perfect sofa for our space with our existing furniture, decor, and space. He has a true eye for design, but works with your unique style. I can’t recommend his services enough!

What a great experience! First of all it being 2020, product was actually in stock. I was told at other stores late November for product... It's August. Then my sales rep Jag was very sweet and not at all pushy. We even had a manager come help us move a recliner just to get a better look at shape. Pricing was as expected, the warranty and delivery was very reasonable. Once we move in we are only going back here for addition product. Thanks again!!!!

The perfect furniture shopping experience. After being hounded at the "Big name" furniture stores like Mathis & Bob Mills we found Sutherland's, and what a breath of fresh air!

Upon entering we were greeted, the salesperson introduced himself, and allowed us to peruse the showroom without being our shadow. Being able to speak freely as a family helped us narrow down our choices and eliminate those outside out style and budget.

Once we completed our own self guided tour, he followed up once more which gave us the time to ask questions and receive information only on the furniture in which we were interested. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable; ultimately he didn't need to "sell" us, though he played a big part in our decision to buy our furniture at Sutherland's.

The prices are reasonable, the in-store experience was everything we wanted, the quality of their selection, while smaller than their competitors, was very well curated. I will definitely recommend family and friends to visit Sutherland's so they don't make the same mistake we did by wasting hours and days at other furniture galleries.

Ask for Kevin if you visit Sutherland's. He has 20 years experience in the furniture industry with a mass amount of knowledge on every brand we considered.

ETA: just received delivery of the furniture we bought today and the delivery guys were professional, organized, and most importantly, PROMPT. They were also so accommodating as we switched the layout of the furniture on them twice. Truly 5 star service all the way around.

Kimberly did a great job of helping me choose my entryway piece. She was the perfect balance of I’m here to help without being pushy. We did have an issue after we got our piece home but everyone we worked with after the sale was eager to help resolve it quickly without hassle. Unfortunately I can’t remember the second salesman’s name but he listened well and got us up front were Dave and Bella took great care of us. We are in the process of updating our home and when we are ready to buy new furniture we will definitely head to Sutherland’s

Shopping at Sutherlands has been the BEST experience I’ve had furniture shopping. Tony is amazing at what he does and has gone above and beyond to make the vision we have for our new home a reality. He’s very easy to talk to and takes his time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. We would’ve never found what we were looking for without Tony or coming to Sutherlands. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience.

We've been in here a few times & always have a very positive experience. We special ordered a chair & ottoman & they were very easy to work with. Everyone was very nice. Very helpful but not high pressure at all. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

I have purchased furniture twice this year at Sutherlands and both times had a great experience! Everyone is so nice. Dave helped me with my first purchase and remembered me when I went back several months later, it was really a pleasure working with him, he made it easy to find what I needed, no pressure! Will continue to shop at Sutherlands for my all my furniture!

Love the whole experience! Great selection! Magnolia, England, SFE, Southern Comfort! Not just Ashley! All the newest styles as well as traditional! Love the accessories and rugs! And Gayla was top notch! A pro! No one followed me around but available to help me find a price, match a color! Pleasant and knowledgeable! I can't wait for my pair of recliners(that don't look like recliners) and Magnolia rugs arrive. Unique quality at a price that I can afford!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I stopped in several times to look around. NO PRESSURE!!! Rick is the best. But overall, none of the staff are going to follow you around and drill you. They want to be sure you're getting a good piece of furniture that you will love, will fit, and will last.

Great experience! Sutherlands had the exact power packs that I needed for my motion furniture. Staff was attentive and helpful! Bonus, due to price match I'm getting a price difference refund from the store I purchased the furniture from. I will be returning to Sutherlands Furniture in the future.

Slick Rick William's is a subject matter expert on TV consoles. Hes so good he sold me a rug hahaha Seriously this place has BEAUTIFUL furniture and they carry Amish crafted pieces as well. The bathroom was nice and fresh.

I've been to Sutherlands several times , and my experience has always been very excellent . I've shopped for living room furniture and home decor and the sales staff has always been knowledgable and helpful , I also love the freedom I have shopping and not being pestered or followed around like other stores . Their selection is very unique, I just wish the store was closer to my home !!!! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for new good quality furniture .

Everytime I go in there, I never feel pressured to buy, they are very kind, very respectful, this time I worked with a Kimberly, very nice young lady, with a great smile, and very professional. If this company hires people like her, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
