I had a fantastic first visit with Falls Town Dental! The staff was friendly, and Danica my dental hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable. She was gentle, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Her clear communication and detailed care made the experience pain-free and reassuring. I left with my teeth feeling cleaner than ever.

Hands-down, no questions. Dr. Fernandez aka(shorty)is the sweetest person with the biggest heart. I’ve been with her for years. It’s not just a business for her. It’s about her clients and making them happy. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Entire office staff and dental assistance are amazing. Just make an appointment and go meet her and You will know exactly what I’m saying. And she always keeps everything 100 with you all the time. You will probably laugh most of your visit and leave there laughing because they are all hilarious. Not a dentist you’ll sit in the waiting room waiting either. I love them all and all the wonderful care I’ve received over the years. I’ll never go anywhere else. And you can ask her, I’m a tough client 🤣Love them all! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH ❤🥰

Absolutely the most wonderful dentist! The staff is all extremely nice! The dentist is kind and patient. They are knowledgeable and do not try to get you to do unnecessary dental work. They are reasonably priced. I used to have crippling anxiety related to dental visits, but they have changed that! Now, I do not fear going to the dentist.

Super impressed with this office. The ladies at the front desk were beyond sweet. The hygienist I got was so great and thorough and friendly. Loved the dentist. So wonderful that I was able to make an appointment and when I arrived I didn’t have to sit in the waiting room forever to be seen. Dr. Fernandez is very thorough and goes over all your tooth health. Fabulous office. Never need different dentist again.

Falls Town Dental has been amazing, I'm always greeted with smiles. The staff are always pleasant and professional. The office is very clean. They are accommodating to schedules and very informative and transparent. I can honestly say I look forward to visiting and I enjoy my appointments.

My hygienist Joanne and Dr Glendaly were amazing. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. I told my husband about my experience and he told me to book him an appointment. :) This email is actually his, I couldn’t log in to my google account for some reason, but I wanted to leave a review.

The staff at Falls Town Dental were very professional and nice. The hygienist was compassionate and personable (Alyssa). After having a not so great experience with a dentist in Burkburnett, we are so glad to have found Falls Town Dental by recommendation of a family friend.

Amazing staff, quick, clean, professional. VERY affordable. THIS is the place to go for your dental needs. Taylor’s cleaning and detailing is top tier. But don’t take my word for it, go see for yourself!

I have used Falls Town Dental for several years and the front desk staff as well as my dental hygienist have always been EXCEPTIONAL. Friendly, on time, efficient and professional!
The facility is immaculate!

I told them of prior experience with the dentist in this city in the 80s who went to prison for the things he did to his patients, including me. It caused such an extreme panic any time I have to visit the dentist. The whole staff was SO patient and kind and compassionate. I told them about my last visit to the dentist adding to the trauma because a man here in this city told me my teeth were too damaged from my Multiple Sclerosis medications and it “wasn’t worth his time” to try to save any of my teeth. His office sent me away with a referral to pull ALL of my teeth and get dentures even though I begged and pleaded with him to try to save at least my front teeth because I can’t afford to have them all pulled.

These kind humans worked to ease my anxiety, constantly telling me exactly what she was doing and asking if I was okay frequently… reassuring me that I was doing a good job and it would be over soon. And when I tell you these ladies made sure to tell me there was absolutely no reason all my teeth needed to be pulled and many of them just needed fillings….they came up with a plan to pull a couple of the teeth that are absolutely beyond saving because there’s barely any tooth there, but to actually save the rest AND make it financially something I can do one tooth at a time in my own time frame …

I literally climbed in my car and cried in the parking lot for 5 minutes from relief… they made me feel like I can absolutely manage to make it through this… and not like a garbage human for my teeth. The last dentist did know it was my illness and my medication that caused it, and he didn’t care. He was judgmental and cruel. He made me feel utterly worthless. He added to my anxiety to visit the dentist.

This entire office was so kind. They never made me feel judged. The dentist was incredible. She was so caring and let me know I mattered. She showed me compassion when I needed it most. Her hygienist was so sweet and made me feel safe. The kind woman who helped me figure out a plan to approach my treatment financially was patient and helpful and hugged me when she saw I needed it. She hugged me and let me cry my tears of relief, and she didn’t judge me either.

The dentist who hurt me as a child deserved everything he got and more, and he made me fear dentists for the rest of my life. I am a grown woman who knows I can’t be harmed, but my brain doesn’t know we aren’t in danger anymore when we go to the dentist. My anxiety is through the roof for even cleanings and checkups. These women today helped me more than they will ever know.

I cannot thank them enough, and I feel like I actually CAN handle what I need to endure to fix my mouth so I’m no longer in pain and don’t lose any more teeth than absolutely necessary.

This review may seem like “a lot,” but it is a huge deal for me.

I came in for my routine cleaning and was sat with the hygienist Alyssa Mullins. She was very sweet from the beginning and all through the cleaning. She made sure she explained what she was doing and answered any of my questions I had. I’ve used Falls town Dental since 2012 when it was Dental Works and will continue to go. Love the clean atmosphere and the friendly staff.

They were all very kind and welcoming, dealt well with my hyper sensitivity to pain with great patience, and chatted and laughed easily with me. I am so incredibly grateful to have found them.

Excellent staff, Lauren is the best, it was like she knew the next move before it was happening. She and Dr Fernandez work like an extension of each other. Best dental experience to date!

Great staff! Very gentle. Honest, didn’t insist on selling me something I didn’t need (unlike Aspen Dental). I definitely made the right choice choosing Falls Town Dental and highly recommend to all.

Always quick and easy visits! I have had two cleanings with Darian and she is informative, welcoming, and kind. I appreciate staff that takes time to listen to concerns and offer respectful advice and recommendations.

Dr Krause is very knowledgeable and understanding. He explains everything and does not rush. He gave me several options for the treatment that I need done, and treated me with kindness and respect.

I just moved to this town a few months ago. I was skeptical to another dentist visit. I came in needing a correction done on a cap that was installed from another dentist office near my prior area of residence and was giving me pain. Dr. Cantu and her staff were so welcoming and professional. They showed me and explained and issues I had asked about and were always asking how I was feeling.
