Love Ace Hardware. It's well organized and they have things Noone else in town carries. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I am adding to my review. The Representative from Ace Hardware took the time to read my review and let me know my business was appreciated. You don't get that kind of service anywhere these days. I went on to read other reviews, though most were very positive, there were a couple that weren't so good. The Ace Rep sincerely apologized to the customer and assured them it was being taken care of so it would never happen again. And just to add that cherry to the top has offered customer a gift card.
What a great Business. I'll go out of my way to get anything I need there. I'm so impressed!

I have gone to this place a few times in hopes I would not have too travel too far just to pick up a few things. They have a good selection on several items to make repairs to your home and a good selection of power tools. The biggest thing inlocked is that is that it had a mom and pop feel too it. It is not as big as a Lowe's or Home Depot but I was in and out a lot faster for what I was looking for. If you live in the area of this place i would say give them a visit first before making a trip somewhere else for your hardware needs.

We were purchasing a house warming gift for our son and daughter in law. We didn't find exactly what we wanted in stock but we were able to get it ordered. The gentleman who waited on us was very professional and helpful in making the purchase. The whole process was in like 20 minutes. Thanks for the exceptional experience.

I love this store. They are the most customer friendly store around, in my opinion. Their staff are wonderful, always helpful. The store itself is quiet and has a small-town feel to it that brings back memories of my childhood.

I also appreciate that it feels like a neighborhood hardware store. Not like certain others.

My husband's go-to-store for hard-to-find hardware. They didn't have what he needed but the staff is always helpful when we go there. Excellent customer service.

Ace may be a little higher priced than the two big box stores but if you need help and/or quick service you can't beat Ace Hardware.

I walked in there to get some keys made the employee there was quick and thorough not to mention I found some products that I was going to order through Amazon and they were less expensive here at Ace hardware than they were on Amazon by $4

Ordered a gift for the holidays and was notified all throughout the process till delivery. Best price anywhere!

Was looking for parts on two different power tools. The guy in the parts department was very helpful! He gave me the part number for the one part he didn't carry and picked up the other one.

Significant other goes for tools, I go to love on the cat. Everybody wins.

This was my first trip to this particular Ace Hardware and though it may be a bit small it's really stuffed full of a lot of cool stuff. I found several cool items that I didn't need right then but I know I might need them in the future and I now know where to find them. The employees we're super helpful, very professional and ready to help, though I was just browsing. They might be a tad priceier than other hardware stores but they have a little better selection of a lot products and some things I've never come across before. So it's a fair trade off. Definitely stop in and browse around you never know what you'll find. 5💫💫💫💫💫

Small store with a hometown feeling. Staff is professional and kind. We were greeted at the door when entering. As we were leaving asked if we found what we were looking for though we didn't purchase anything.

There's a reason Ace has a reputation for being the "helpful hardware folks" and this store does not disappoint. We bought a table from a furniture store and had so many issues getting the hardware for it. After a week of waiting for it, they still only gave us half of the hardware. Went to Ace with the pictures and no clue what I would need. The gentleman that helped us was absolutely amazing. Super helpful finding what we needed. Even took a magnifying glass to the picture to make sure he had the right size bolts. He even told us that if they didn't work to bring them back so they could find something better. This is why I will always choose Ace over home depot or lowes. This guy needs a raise or some kind of recognition for his dedication to helping customers. J. Hicks, thank you so much for your help!!

I've been looking for a particular part for about 6 months, ebay, lowe's, home Depot, several other places, not one of them would help. Ace hardware in Wichita falls, greeted me with the question can I help you? I said yes and explain to him what I was looking for, they politely and kindly walked me right straight to the aisle and showed me where the parts were! I bought the part, I put it all together, I finished my project! They were very polite and helpful. Many of their prices were the same or lower than the big stores that wouldn't help me. I'll be taking my hardware needs to Ace from now on.

Always great service and an excellent selection of Barbecue rubs and smoker accessories on top of the normal hardware store type stuff.

The employees were so cheerful, delightful, helpful, and polite. They offered to assist everyone who walked into the store. They greeted everyone. They knew where items where located. They were easy to talk to. They even offered freshly popped popcorn which was very tasty. The store was clean and the aisles were easy to walk in. The cashier was very friendly and professional. Very personable. An excellent employee. I definitely recommend this store.

Very friendly staff and customer service is top notch they have items in stock than the other big box stores claim to have very easy to get around and find what you need.

Awesome store with great staff!!! Always my first stop when looking for hardware or tools! Love these guys and that temperamental feline that roams the store...lol. I give that cat a hard time every chance I get! Somedays I get out without a scratch, other days not so much....hahaha.
