Optimal Fitness 24/7 Owasso

Just moved to Owasso and had a chance to stop by Optimal Fitness for the first time today! We met the owner, Chad, and a couple of his employees and everyone was so welcoming! I'm always so impressed when a gym takes something as simple as their cleanliness so serious! I'm not sure if I could find a speck of dust if I tried. It's tough walking into a gym and instantly feeling right at home, but they nailed it! We will absolutely be back!

This gym is great! Connor was super cool and helped us out when we first got there. Lots of brand new equipment with a old school vibe in the back area… will definitely be training here more often

I don’t write too many reviews, but I had to for this gym. I am currently in from out of town for a funeral and happened upon Optimal Fitness. YOU NEED TO GO HERE. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The gym has all the equipment you need for strength and conditioning. As someone who is a gym rat, I loved that they have all the Hammer Strength machines I needed, weight racks, dumbbells, and cable attachments. This gym is clean and well maintained unlike many other gyms in the area. AND the atmosphere is AWESOME. I cannot say enough good things about this gym! I will be recommending this place to any family and friends in town & will come get my workout in here whenever i’m in town visiting family!

Great 24 hour gym. The staff is always nice and willing to help. The equipment is well maintained and things are always being updated. If you are looking for a workout facility that has a great selection of different machines, look no further.

Honestly a great gym and amazingly ran. Left old gym because owner never took care of the place. Optimal owner and management team really does take care of the place. I’ve been here 7 months and it’s always clean, and anytime something breaks it’s replaced or fixed within a day. Dozens of barbells and a great place for powerlifters like me, strongmen, casual lifters, and anyone else wanting to lift.10/10 appreciate the guys running the place there.

Never too crowded not a commercial gym feeling and the owner is a good guy.

High quality, low profile. Wish they didn’t have signs that said “no shirtless selfies”. I personally love seeing guys with lackluster bodies take videos and photos of themselves for tik tok… but rules are rules. Really clean, 24hrs, and helpful staff 11/10

One of the best places to go for fitness. I have been apart of Optimal for years and they have some of the friendliest staff and ownership you could ask for. I have personally recommended this gym to friends for years and every friend has loved the establishment. Very clean and tidy at all times. And the 24/7 365 access is amazing. Not to mention they are constantly upgrading facilities and equipment to ensure quality.

This is a great place to go and work out. It's owned by a husband and wife who are there daily during the week. Along with another employee. I've only had very minor trouble with the regulars there over the several years I've been going to this gym. The only problem really is that the gym is relatively small for the amount of people that go. So you may need to plan to go at certain times during the day when the crowd dies down.

The equipment is worn but well maintained. They have also done charity lifting here before and it's just got a good feeling when you step in.

Awesome gym..this isn't a planet fitness or anything like that.the machines are well kept.then in the back theres squat racks,deadlift platforms,and pull up bars.this is the place to be if you wanna build some muscle.

I have to say that since I started here over a year ago I could not be more happy with this gym! Chad and Matt are always so friendly and keep the gym super clean which is something I really appreciate. Most all of the people at Optimal are friendly and are willing to help you with lifting or give advice. I could not be more thankful to call this my gym. Thank you guys for being amazing.

Really cool place. It has everything I need, it's never busy when I'm there, and the people there are serious about their health and fitness. And most everyone knows everyone, and are pretty friendly, which is a bonus. I'd definitely recommend this place. Best gym I've been at in years.

Nice quiet everyone is focused and it’s never crowded at the times I go. It’s also clean.

ThIs is the best gym I have ever been to. Chad and Matt are very friendly and supportive. The place is kept exceptionally clean and the equipment is maintained extremely well. Hands down, its the best gym around!

Im in the gym Monday through Friday and they have everything you could want. I cant remember one time that I had to wait on a machine. In the front they have independent moving arms for when I dont have a spot. There is two sets of dumbells; so your never waiting for a set, as well as double of every cable machine. The staff is always helpful and I get the supplements that I need all in the same place. If ther owner dosent have what you want he is good about either getting it or something that is comparable. All in all its everything I need in a gym and more as I can tan for free, use the suana, or take a shower when I go on my lunch brake. Big time gym with the small town feel. (Everyone is friendly) Thought I should clear up the small town comment.

Probably the most best gym to go to. Cold iron plates and nothing but hard dedicated work in this Gym.

This is a place where guys won’t stare at you and everyone is encouraging! There’s always the odd teen or college student who’s a little judgey or rude, but you couldn’t find a better place to workout.
