Began work to administer a family will. Probate staff was very helpful in getting me started on the process. They are very experienced, professional and have a very good checklist and good website with all the forms you will need. While they cannot provide you with legal advice they can explain the probate process clearly and in a manner that us normal folks can understand. Located on 1st floor of the Clarendon County Government building, it is handicap accessible and has ample parking.
