If I could give one more star, I would. We are military and have moved more than most. We’ve dealt with a lot of realtors in a lot of different states. Callie Woodly went above and beyond to help with the sale of a home we owned (and rented) in the summer of 2021. We were thrown some serious curveballs in the selling of the house and then in the sale and Callie was incredibly professional. Jim Chandler (a realtor/broker with REmax Wichita Falls) stepped in during some legal issues and helped us take the steps necessary to move forward. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Dean Barrett has done a great job being our property manager. He takes care of things right away even if it’s not an emergency. Highly recommend!!

Wes Holster is abusing his authority over our deposit with anger. He has only helped us TWICE out of several problems we’ve had with the house. Out of the whole year we’ve called him 100 times… He called us 3 times when it’s convenient to him. Like TODAY. He didn’t notify us about a 60-30 day’s notice to ask if we were going to re-lease with him again. We ONLY moving because of his treatment with us. Had it not been his treatment maybe we would’ve lease again with him and it would make him more money since that’s all he ever cared about. It’s April 6th and our lease ends on the 21st. He called two weeks ago and said he was RAISING THE RENT. He said “ just like by $50, nothing major. Because of inflation. “ I KID YOU NOT. I’ll bet my last $50 lol. This was our first ever house and man… what an impression. The lady receptionist is really really nice and kind. We wish we had her because at least we wouldn’t have problems at all and lease again. But Wes is not a true man and is a very shady person. He got angry with us not leasing with him again and now he said well you gotta do this and that in order to have our deposit back. Told us a whole petty list and hung up on us. Just Childish! He was so sweet and funny when he showed us the house but his colors are the darkest today! Matched the Eclipse lol. Overall NEVER gonna have Wes Holster as a realtor again unless he has changed how he viewed us as tenants and know how to treat someone responsibly!

We're military and moved to the area not knowing anything about it. I stressed how important it was for me to live in a safe neighborhood as I was pregnant with my first child and my husband is military. We drove into town to look at homes with Gary Case in his car. On the house we ended up putting a offer in on I asked him to drive around the neighborhood because again, I specifically told him I wanted a safe neighborhood. He drove down the block, but quickly took us a few blocks away into a really nice neighborhood. Not knowing the area I didn't think much of it.
Well we have owned this house less than 2 years and today makes the 2nd time our house was broken into. We bought near historic district/floral heights and anytime we tell people where we live it is WELL KNOWN the crime over here is high. I feel so blindsided and taken advantage of. Very displeased with the experience we had. Would not recommend. I will say he did put time into finding us a home and spent that whole Saturday with us looking at them, but still doesn't change my opinion.

Had nothing but trouble working with Jim Chandler. Had zero considerations throughout our home buying process for military potentially causing us to have to move and even threatened us with legal action once he was informed. Thankfully we stayed and closed on the house but he somehow lost one of the keys to an area of the house only accessible by one door, so after signing our life away on a loan we only received MOST of a house. Wasn’t willing to take responsibility or compensate us for the cost of a locksmith either. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience they didn’t want to give me my deposit back when I didn’t want to sign the lease after I told them that the place was unsafe for my 4 year old and I. The application say that you have to sing the lease within 3 days after being approved. They approved me on a Friday and they said because I didn’t sign it on a SUNDAY that they could not refund me the deposit. I think this is not fair and that at least I should’ve been able to get part of it. I am a single mother with a 4 year old with not a lot of money to spend. Don’t go with these people they will rip you off and make sure the property is safe for you and your family before you give any deposit to these people.

BETHANY promised the rent house was sprayed for bugs, as soon as I signed my lease I went into the house to roaches and mice. Avoid BETHANY, she has attitude and does not care at all!! The last month of me staying there The Sandra Wortham Team was showing the property to people and I would come home from working 12 shifts to every single light on in the house multiple times and I found the house key on the front porch that fell out of the lock box! I moved out before November 1st 2020 here it is December 29th 2020 and Remax/The Sandra Wortham team has not gave me my $900 deposit back or even tried to contact me about it. Crazy thing is that they already have another family living there!
I called and Bethany said exactly, “What’s your forwarding address!?” “Umm I’m going to look into this and call you back”
She wouldn’t even tell me the amount I’m getting back or anything,
THE SANDRA WORTHAM TEAM HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF RENTING EVER!!
