Red Wing - Spartanburg, SC

We’ve been going to this Red Wing for the last year after my wife gifted me some of the best boots I’ve ever had for my birthday. Ever since, we’ve been buying all of our footwear exclusively from this store. This store and the manager have been amazing every single time! Always so helpful and always sure to make sure we are happy with our purchase.
Recently, my wife decided to get boots online and got the wrong size. We came to this store to see if they’d help with the sizing process and if they could help with the return. They didn’t just help with the return but took the wrong boots and swapped them with the right ones! Not only that, but they exchanged wrong sized laces too!
I’ve been super happy with this location, and even when I move away, I’ll be making the trek back to this store!

Very pleasant experience! Picked out a pair I liked, got measured, salesman brought out a pair which fit like they were made just for me...Boom, done! Less expensive than I expected also!

What an amazing boot and even better store/staff to buy from! I bought my first ever pair of Redwing boots from them last August and after just 1 week of working with these boots I was very happy with my choice. The staff (I don't know his name,but I am sure he is the owner of that location) was great and very knowledgeable in his recommendation towards what boot best suits the work I do (construction). I told him I spend a lot of time on ladders and roofs and that I do A LOT of walking. Without skipping a beat he brought me over the boot that I wear now! Fast forward to today I called him this morning and asked if I still had a warrenty on my boots because they have had alot of wear since last August, he said yes and that I should come in and he can tell me whether the amount of wear and tear is covered by the warranty. It was! He was very considerate and listened to me as I explained the areas on the boots that were a concern for me. So today I got a new pair of the same boot that I have been wearing since last year and will most likely be wearing for the next few decades (unless Redwing drops something better). I recommend Redwing to all my coworkers and friends that are in the blue-collar field and I definitely recommend this store in Spartanburg!!!

I’ve been through so many work boots/ shoes and none can come close to the quality and durability of my Red Wings. In addition to the shoes being awesome, the customer service at this location is top notch as well. Russ was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend🙌

I walked into the store needing to buy a pair of boots. I told the salesman, Russ, what I was looking for. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and gave me a preliminary idea what my best options would be. We did the foot measurements, and he selected several boots for me to try on, and was able to tell me ahead of time the advantages and the fit differences of each. When I didn't find exactly what I needed from that first group, he selected two more which I tried on, and settled on the exact right pair. I paid for them, and walked out the door with the product I needed. This level of service, not to mention the ability to walk into a store and walk out with the item I need, is an exceptional rarity these days. I was very, very impressed, and will be a return customer for sure, and recommend to anyone else as well.

Russ is a great guy! Great customer service and super patient. As far as the Red Wings if you’ve never worn them they’re the best boot ever made. And last longer than most marriages.

Easily the BEST shoe shopping experience I've ever had and even one of the best shopping experiences I've had period. I came here to find me some new work boots and Russ Hammond helped me out. I told him the features of a work boot I was interested in and he immediately knew of some shoes to try. He guided me through the sizing and benefits of some of the features of the shoes and provided some of his personal suggestions but not once did he try to push products on me and just try to sell me shoes, he genuinely wanted to help me find the right one. He also offered for me to try Orthotics, which are shoe inserts that help your feet. I tried them and he got some out for me to test in the new shoes and they were great! This store has the best customer service and most knowledgeable staff of any store I've been to in a long time. The entire experience was a breeze and actually made me excited to try my new boots out at work haha. I can't recommend this store enough. If you need boots or shoes, Red Wings will provide you with one of the best shopping experiences you can get! Go check them out!

The only thing better than their product is the customer service. Always helpful and amazing. I now have 2 pair of their boots, and they are by far the best boots I have ever owned. I work 6 days a week doing pest control, and work 1 day in a restaurant. Even though I am always on my feet they never hurt. Thank You so much!

First I want to thank Russ for helping me out with my first Red Wing boot purchase. I’ve wanted a pair for a couple of years and he went above and beyond helping me find the right fit for my feet. They have a high end scanner system to scan your feet and see hot spots as well as other things. Store is top notch! Thanks again Russ!

Day after day I would come back returning boot pair after boot pair. I’m pretty sure I put my foot in over 13 different styles of boot to find just the right fit. And sure enough I did! I love my boots. Super comfortable. Water proof and durable for the heavy work I do. !!RUSS!! He is the guy to go to super patient and knowledgeable between him and HOPE they hooked me up. 10 out of 10 Russ will make sure you have the perfect pair every time.

I wanted to thank Russ for all his help with boots. I've owned redwings for close to 30 years and I have only had to purchase 6 pairs in that amount of time.
This past 2 years I've purchased 4 pair, not because they failed its just I wanted some heritage line boots, and I also bought a 10 inch boot for lawn service and working in the woods and water. I got a pair of supersole 2.0 and they are fantastic i also got the tred lights just for casual wear.
This is by far the best store I've come across in all my redwing purchases. Russ took more than ample time to help me chose and let me try on alot of boots. I plan on another pair of iron rangers later this year, I have the black and want the brown.
The longest pair I had before replacement was 7 years. All of the pairs I had to replace was from extreme conditions and was my fault for not caring for them as I should. If you haven't gotten a pair DO. Neither redwing nor Mr. Russ will disappoint.

I didn't get to visit their store but they were the only store within 2500 miles of me that had my style of boot and size and that were willing to ship to me. Russ was very helpful and extremely friendly as he took my boot order over the phone and got the shipping handled. He told me I would have them a week after ordering them and true to the word they arrived exactly 1 week later. If I ever get to make it out that way I'd love to shake his hand and thank him personally for his amazing customer service and handling of my purchase. Thank you again from an extremely satisfied customer out west here in North Idaho.

I love my red wing boots! They've lasted over 10 years on one pair that I've got - doing construction, oil field, and land scaling. Still have a lot of years left, too. The owner and the manager are super friendly and helped me a ton, also. If I ever need to buy another pair of work boots, I know to come here.

Rusty is absolutely amazing! My husband contacted him multiple times before making the trip to Spartanburg regarding a specific boot. He went above and beyond to ensure my husband got the boot he had been searching for and Rusty ensured it was the correct fit. Couldn’t ask for better customer service or professionalism.
