Grundy County Food Bank

The Grundy County Food Bank is full of volunteers that absolutely love their community. They love the people and they love their work. If you are in need of food assistance then check out their Facebook page. They are open to the public every Tuesday from 8-10 a.m. Not sure of what you need to qualify for assistance? Then call Tuesday mornings during regular operating hours and our director will be happy to give you that information. God bless😊

Love going to Grundy County Food Bank. Went last Tuesday and I got so much I thought I had been to grocery store. Good management and friendly workers.

Godly People

Today the volunteers are getting first pick. Now that they have gone through the line the poverty stricken are being called by number.
The check in process appears to be too complicated. First on computer, then again on paper. Leaving 2 dozen people in close quarters, waiting. No social distancing here.
Looks like they are offering the "shopping experience", picking out groceries at their leisure.
I would hate to do this every week.

If we could actually get some good food in our food bank we would be doing a lot better & then I would give a 5 ☆ review.
