Walmart Auto Care Centers

My car battery died in the parking lot. One of the technicians walked out to the parking lot with me and after a bit of work, he was able to get it jumped and started for me. I am grateful for his help! They are a helpful and kind group of workers!

Today we had our car towed to this location with the intention of getting a new battery because we thought that was why it wasn't starting. They put the battery on only to find out it wasn't the battery so we no longer wanted the battery which with some debate they agreed to remove the new battery. After removing the new battery they went above and beyond to help my boyfriend try to figure out what was wrong with the car. Of course they wasn't able to do anything further but we are very grateful for them going above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you to all the workers in the automotive department we appreciate you.
