I walked in with me and my aunt, friend. The lady up front went to the kiosk to put in everything for us, she did not have to do that but she did. Everyone there was very nice and pleasant.

I had no expectations when i came. The lady at the drive through window was very nice and accomodating. I asked for potatoes instead of meat on my breakfast burrito. Also had coffee. It was very deli ious! I am a foodie and very picky but it was very good. Coffee was as good or better than the fancy foo foo coffees. I will definitely be back!

We had never used the giant touch screen to order before, and the manager there was extremely helpful in teaching us how to use it. He was very personable. The food was better than last time we bought stuff- they ran outta almost everything, told us, but we ordered anyways, like goobers. Taco Bell standards were met.

I absolutely love this Taco Bell location. It has amazing food and amazing service. Every time I visit this place I get my food fresh and not it is something because most places you get cold food or something in your orders cold however I always get hot food here. And the workers are always very courteous and very nice and they're very quick about what they do. I honestly do not think that there's another drive-thru of any kind of food place that is as fast as this one is while keeping their quality and their standards. So the next time you're in town or on Southwest parkway Wichita Falls you might stop by and see what you think too.

You either love it or you don't. Its taco bell. Don't go around 7pm-8pm. For some reason their computers are always updating around this time. May not be an every day thing but it's happened to me at least twice at this location.

Wow, I am a new fan of Taco bell. The quality and taste of food is exceptional. Customer service is top. My first visit was on December 22 , 2018, and I ordered 1 mini skillet Bowl, and I only had that much money to pay. I enjoyed the quality of service and food and I was pleased my money was spent on that little bowl of wonders. Will go back there forever.

I come inside a couple times a month for lunch during the week and the older guy that normally works the counter is the sweetest. You can tell he loves his job! I believe they all call him Al. Always happy to greet you and get you anything you may need!

Best Taco Bell in Wichita Falls. The food is always hot and they get it right the first time. I might have wait few minute but it is well worth it. I love all the staff there. They are never mean or rude. Keep it up.

The Greenbriar taco Bell is an outlier among taco bells. We eat there once a week or so. I have young kids who are relatively picky eaters and don't want lettuce or onions on stuff. I can't remember the last time I had to scrape lettuce, pick onions, or return because an item was forgotten. They've got a good crew and they're not selfish with the hot sauce!

They got our order right the first time. My taco and crunch wrap were both full. Not flat like I have had at other locations.

This place is obviously short staffed but they do well and work quick to get your food to you. Stellar customer service.

Really good location in comparison to others. Very friendly staff and the food was fresh and hot.

Best service I've ever received was at this location (on SW Pkwy in front of the Walmart) and it will bring me back in. The food was just like all of the others with no errors which was a bonus. Definitely worth choosing that location over the others in town.

Best service and fastest most courteous experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell that I’ve been too.
I’ve worked all over country and man my only regret is that I didn’t time this nascar equivalent service!!!!!

Thank you for being the only place in 20 miles that had their dining open and an available restroom. I stopped at 4 different gas stations and McDonald's. I'm not 100% what is up with that but thank you for your service. 💯
