Full disclosure: only passed through and bought a t-shirt, don't have any experience buying a bike or anything. The place was nice, well stocked and the people were very nice. It was close to closing time but they were accommodating nonetheless.

Great people awesome selection and all the staff were extremely helpful. Especially my salesman Chris would definitely recommend to shop here if you're interested in a motorcycle.

Super nice folks. Great dealer. Serviced a friends bike on the way out from Mississippi to California on our west coast trip and serviced my buddies bike and mine on the way back home. Had a front tire cut down a day before Labor Day. Called Harley in Lawton would be a week before they could put it on Called OKC Harley would be 2 weeks out. Called red river Harley they said could you be here at 1:00. Absolutely these people care very friendly great service I will definitely be going to Texas Red River Harley to have my service done from now on. Thanks Again Red River Harley You Guys Rock

My wife, son, and I stopped by here this last weekend on our way from Ardmore OK to Abilene TX. Absolutely incredible customer service. Treat you like you are their long time friends. I was very impressed. Nobody acted too good to speak to us. I read some of the bad reviews before I began this one. The people that have left their reviews as one star are literally just wanted to complain to complain. Some gave minimal stars for not being open on Monday! That’s pretty much any Harley Dealership anywhere! Another complained about not having 3X shirts in stock. Haha. I won’t even touch further on that one but the experience we had was fantastic and we will absolutely be back again.

This has been my favorite Harley Dealer...The store had a ton of stuff I had never seen in a HD before. Lots of variety and some really great prices....Loved It! Oh the staff helped us find a great place for lunch very helpful!

They have a very inclusive demeanor, I took their new rider course to get licensed and I don’t have any complaints. Ray, Brad and Jack are excellent coaches, Leslie and everyone else is very supportive. A tough love type of teaching that truly gets the job done. Bobbie in the shop knows her stuff, has a lot of experience in the nitty gritty and it shows in how she answers questions. You can tell everyone is there because they enjoy the community, it’s not just a job. Absolutely awesome place to be 🤘

Big Shout Out to Everyone there at RRHD. Service Dept is awsome, have not had a single issue when droppin bike off or picking up they always make sure everything is good to go and shiney. The girls over in the shopping area always there to help with all my needs, from gear to clothing. Best experience i have had in a long time at a HD. THANK YOU.

By far the BEST customer service i have ever received in my entire life!!
I was traveling from South Texas to Minnesota. my hog stalled on me couple times. went to couple dealers and all claimed it was just "wet". my last hope was RED RIVER as it was the next one on the map. i called and explained. JIM was awesome, remained open for me after hours until i arrived since i was traveling. They treated me beyond my expectations, found the problem and fixed it. i made it home to Minnesota. Bobby and Jason in service were beyond awesome. the four legged customer service staff "ACE and HANK" were so much fun.
JIM and the rest of the family made me feel home and surrounded by family who loves and cares. 19 years of riding, RED RIVER is the BEST DEALER I EVER CAME ACROSS!

The whole process at RRHD was an extremely positive experience. After walking the showroom floor without feeling pressured by the sales team so I could get a feel of what model and style I liked the best, when I was ready to get more info on those models the sales team met me. They fielded every question I had in an open and honest way. When I was ready for the next steps, Chris made the entire purchase process seamless and simply to understand. Dan from Finance was above board in explaining all the different options related to the financing, insurance and warranty choices. His sincerity during this stage of the process was so apparent that I'd consider him to be best in class when compared to any other asset purchase I'd made to-date. After the purchase was completed, Chris walked me to the service department where all scheduled maintenance was clearly explained in a welcoming and engaging way. Personally, I'd never buy another bike unless it was from RRHD.
