Sunday breakfast was great. They were busy but not only accommodated our group of 8, but got all of our orders right! The decor is a bit dated but I think it adds to the charm. Very clean. The food was tasty and filling. It was very enjoyable and affordable. We will definitely be back.

Sausage seems to have natural casing and is delicious; potatoes were extra crispy like I asked (w/o being burnt) and had more than just a boring potato flavor. Eggs were a tiny bit crispy but still very good. They got our food out fast and kept the coffee coming! Great food coupled w/a quiet, cozy atmosphere makes this an ideal spot for breakfast. I plan to come back to try out the Polish Sausage!

This is the second time I've been here. Service is always fast. This place is a jewel. Food is always good. Price is on point to similar restaurants. Decor is charming and such a relief compared to the decor in other restaurants. Today I had French onion soup.. Broth was seasoned correctly and was very beefy with lots of croutons and cheese. So many items to choose from on the menu.

I got the He-Man special and substituted my meat selection with the polish sausage.

A very laid-back local place. Coffee refills very fast, EXCELLENT service. Pancakes were good, really wanted to try the upside down pineapple pancake. Sausage was good, i really enjoyed that. Polish Sausage had a natural casing and i hear they make it in house.

Very good lunch! I had the perch sandwich and I recommend it. Really well done deep fried perch, not greasy, and at least 4 pieces on the sandwich. The house chips are great too! Not real salty like some places. We'll be going back for the dinner menu in a couple days.

Duece's Char House Restaurant. I took my wife there, and her and I loved it we ordered and we didn't have to wait long at all and we had our food.
(Everything for the both of us ordered was exactly what we wanted. The Amount let me say I hope you are hungry.). It's a awesome place to eat. We will go there again and we will tell our friends to go there and eat. Thank you guys for the great service and the great meals. Reggie and Misty Coburn

The food is great, and so is the service. From burgers to giant wet burritos, this is a must eat at place!

Our friends from Sebewaing suggested that we meet them at Char House for dinner. Even though we live fairly close to the restaurant, I had not been there in over 20 years, and my husband had never been there before. What a surprise! It has become a darn good little restaurant. The salad bar was outstanding - small, but everything was fresh and clearly homemade. Just about everyone in our party had the Parmesan Whitefish. The portions were sizable and very good. I was delighted to find that the vegetable of the day was Brussels Sprouts and that they were perfectly cooked. The menu is amazing - Osso Bucco, Pork Roast with Homemade Dressing, etc. Our fish at $17 per plate was one of the less expensive entrees, so the prices are a little high for every day dining, but the quality of the food mitigates the price. We will definitely put The Char House on our regular rounds.

Excellent food.... waiter was very helpful... steak was cooked perfectly to my asking... potato was huge.... the French dressing is some of the best I've ever had ....two thumbs up.... will be return customers... A+++

Every meal has been superb, including my takeouts over the past covid-19 months. The prime rib is amazing.

Do note that this location also works with differently-abled teens to help them build life skills to transition into adulthood. Deuce helps her local community.

My absolute favorite breakfast!! Everything is delicious. The crunchy french toast is one of my favorites. The “he man” breakfast is also delicious. Oh and I can’t forget about the breakfast pizza either!! You can’t go wrong

On this visit I had the seafood platter and as always it was perfection. Love the salad bar and the liver pate is such a treat. Good service, good food what more could you ask for.

Awesome food. The waitress Amy is so cheerful and always on the stop to help. The boss is very gracious and always make great food, and lots of it. Love this place.

An excellent restaurant with fabulous food and large portions. Only minus was our waitress who was pretty space. We all thought she was high on something.......

Had their breakfast & Italian steak sandwich , AWESOME ! Great bread ! & didn't try it yet , but word on the street is their prime rib is pretty good !

This is a nice locally owned restaurant with a good variety of choices on the menu. Prices are reasonable & everyone is friendly good service, good food.
