Chris was very helpful and understanding when meeting with me to go over both my home and auto insurance policies. He explained things in great detail and answered any questions I had. After meeting with Chris, he was able to decrease my insurance premiums and still provide me with adequate coverage. Insurance has increased all across the board. Chris is the agent for Germania Insurance. I was inquiring about potential changes to my policy. Customer service holds great importance to me. Chris was incredibly helpful, and patient throughout this process. He addressed all of my inquiries and provided me with the various options I was considering without hesitation.
