Covenant Family Medical Clinic - Plainview

Looking at reviews I was worried but covenant family medical clinic has very nice and friendly staff I felt comfortable and everything was clean and staff was bilingual in English and Spanish which was great for me I was very pleased with my experience😊

Great doctors. Receptionists do their jobs. Nurses respond to calls and help with prescriptions. Make sure you have an appointment. Not a walk in clinic.

This office used to be wonderful. I have always appreciated the doctors but reception is horrible. I have needed sick visits for my family multiple times lately and reception ALWAYS says they are completely booked when I call at 8 am. Today more of the same. They basically tell you none of our providers can get you in and recommend you go somewhere else. I will no longer be using this office.

Complete trash. They just take money from people and do nothing.

Tried to get my son in to be seen due to being symptomatic. Your people that answer the phones are rude and completely unhelpful. Acted like she didn't want to help us. Basically wanted me to go to West Texas Family. Dr. Victoria Colmenero is our doctor, every one in the back always helpful and professional. The lady I spoke with today needs to be working somewhere where she doesn't come into contact with people! This makes me want to make the trip to lubbock and find another doctor. WAY TO GO RUDE RECEPTION!

Have gone almost two weeks without my prescription.Prescription was sent to a different Pharmacy and I wasn't contacted. Not very professional
