Whataburger

Super slow service, but worth the wait. The food was delicious. Better quality food than most fast food chains around.

I had always come to buy here and I had never taken my order as kindly as Dolores did. She was kind to me and amazing. I give her a thousand for her beautiful service. More people like her get the 5 stars.

I felt sooooo bad for the kids outside taking orders as it was VERY HOT AND HUMID IN TEXAS. 1st time eating here, and it was decent. I love cheeseburgers and French fries. I ordered the double cheese with everything, the buffalo chicken ranch, sm fries, and LG Onion rings. OMGosh, the cheeseburger was bigger than my hand almost. I didn't care for it. I think it was the bacon as it had a hickory bbq flavor. I tried it without the bacon, but the flavor was infused. I'm not much of a chicken person at all, but that dang Buffalo Chicken Ranch was EVERYTHANG!!!!! LET ME TELL YA. IT WAS SOOOOO FLAVORFUL. The fries were ok, but the onion rings were DELICIOUS

My order got lost in the busy scramble so I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my guys while others came and left. My burger want correct but it was fresh and delicious non the less. Staff was kind and that's appreciated with the tension from the rush

I no longer live in Bay City but visit my mom here often. We often eat at Whataburger, and my mom eats there at least once a week. This evening my 14 year old daughter and I went inside to place an order to go. Having worked in fast food and having experienced less than competent customer service, I was pleasantly surprised with the working crew, management and atmosphere. Even my daughter was impressed! The managers were polite and encouraging when addressing the crew, helpful and courteous with guests, and the atmosphere was organized and deliberate. A well oiled machine. What a great experience.... we'll definitely be back!

Quick, late night service. My order for 6 people was accurate and fulfilled correctly. Greeted by Nice people !

The food was good, and the shorthanded staff was working their butts off!

Fast and courteous service. Excellent burger and fries. The restaurant and restrooms were clean.

Such a lovely location. We made a brief stop for a snack and had such a nice conversation with a young man on his first day on the job. He is a college student and seemed really excited. His manager came over to assist us immediately and our purchase took no time at all. There was also a nice young woman named Faith who was also awesome with myself and the guest in line in front of me. Even though they were clearly busy, the store appeared to be running smoothly. Thanks for a delightful and quick visit. Their rest rooms were also clean and well stocked, which we were grateful for.

I visited yesterday Nov 17, 2023, but was n6 properly served! 🤔. I had I coupon for a free Whataburger, but the cashier did not honor it !

We have only one Whataburger here in Bay City and it's fantastic. The staff is always marvelous, with excellent customer service and so eager to assist. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Nothing negative can be said about this incredible burger experience. Come visit if you want your appetite satisfied!

Had a double Paddy Melt meal delicious.

The wait was pretty long, but I did have super fresh food. It was delicious and the lady working the drive thru was great.

Very good food, I love this place because the chicken bites and spicy ketchup are the chosen combination of the kings and the milkshakes are very tasty!

Still the best restaurant chain of this country, but I don't eat meat anymore since January of 2020 so I just buy my order with a large vanilla shake, medium fries, spicy ketchup, and onion rings, but still my favorite!

Damn! Have you had one of their grilled chicken salads yet? I think the one I ordered was a cobb salad. Truly impressive for a fast food restaurant! I did ordered extra blue cheese crumbles. Wendy's apple pecan salad you've been bumped!

Always hot, fresh, order correct, no complaints. My to go fastfood place in Wharton, Rosenberg, and Sugarland. When I'm in a hurry they never disappoint that's with napkins, condiments, and drinks always on point.

The workers are what expect from young crew. But the food came out at a decent time and was cook/made good. Well done

The only reason I gave a 3 on Service is the drive Thursday is horrible. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes after ordering to get your food.
