Willies Tire

Traveling and as we were coming into town tire started losing air like crazy. Called Willie’s and a technician came to our location and put a plug in the tire. We followed him to the shop, bought new tires and 30 minutes later back on the road. Very knowledgeable and pricing comparable to anywhere else. Super friendly service. We sure do appreciate the excellent customer service we received. They didn’t charge us for the service call either. Just the tires.

I been working out here for a few months and still not sure where everything is, and had a blow out in the middle of nowhere so my company says go to Willies. We'll after getting there explaining him as to what I need, he takes the time to explain to my company, which is 1500 miles away and manages to get me back on the highway. Really top notch person. Fast, affordable and friendly. Can't say enough about this place. Really amazing establishment.

Travelling in my motorhome, having trouble finding a oil change shop that had tall enough bay doors (over 10'). Saw that they did oil as well as tires, pulled up and saw a bay door plenty big. 10min later I was on my way with fresh oil and filter.
Great rate, friendly staff, 100% recommend.

I had just recently got my oil change at a different place and had to come here after noticing I had a small oil leak. They were able to find the problem and also showed me something that was neglected at the previous shop. They were amazing at taking care of my car and making sure that I wasn’t going to have any further issues. Definitely recommend this shop! Amazing and knowledgeable staff!

We had the rubber tread come off on our 5th wheel tire. They had less than 4 000 miles on it. Willies Tire got the tire we needed in one day. The tire guy came that same day and put it on, and it was NOT an easy job, but he was quick. From the time he arrived to the time he left it was 35 minutes. Great job and Thank You.

Quick work went in to get 2 front tires replaced (i had bought them already) got it installed in little less than 30 minutes at 25 a side.

Stopped on the way to Dallas. Tire was low. Staff was very courteous and had me drive through the bay and they checked all of my tires. I was in and out on a few minutes. Great service and thank you for getting me back on the road quickly.

We spent the night in Plainview, our first night on a ten week trek in our fifth wheel. In the morning, we discovered a flat tire on the fifth wheel. Fortunately we looked at the excellent reviews for Willie’s tires and decided to go there. The reviews were accurate. The service was exceptional, they took care of us the moment we drove up. Just passing through town on the way to a rodeo and blew a tire on our horse trailer. Not only did they have the 14ply tire we needed but from the time we pulled in to the time we paid and pulled out it took 18 minutes! Competitive price and right off I-27 on the frontage road! Very convenient!

Absolutely the BEST customer service we have ever had. We had a blowout on our camper. The gentleman from the shop came across the highway to help us! Prices were very fair and their customer service was TOP NOTCH!

For the last 30 years I have bought nearly all my tires at Discount Tire. My last trip there was in 2018, where the level of incompetence really impressed me. So today I tried Willies for the first time, and tried Cooper Tires also for the first time. I was favorably impressed. The touring tires they sold me compare favorably to Michelin MXV-4 tires, and they got me in and out in 30 minutes. Ride and balance is perfect. No speedometer error, no resonance on the highway AND I saved $400 off what I paid Discount for Michelins back in 2018 AND Cooper Tires are made in USA. Highly recommended.
