Beautiful hike. We saw mule deer, roadrunner, pelican, coot, ducks, and small fish and live muscles in the shallow waters on the shore. The views were amazing. The trail was well kept. We didn't hike the whole trail, but hope to one day!

Very fun trail but be prepared for the hikers to leave sticks and rocks in the trail. Other than that, it's a really fun ride... take plenty of water but make sure you drink plenty of water the night before as well. The water you sweat out today💧 is the water that you did or did not drink the night before. God Bless and be safe out there! Keep trash and debris off trails🙏🏼

A nice hike. The trail is in danger from the rising water, but for now it is a nice hike with wildlife and in the spring, wildflowers.

The trail was not too steep. People have kept it clean yay people. Please don't litter on our trails. There were beautiful flowers in bloom. I went in early June. The views from different parts of the trail were amazing. This lake is an oasis in this semiarid area.

The trail was a workout. But camping out in here in the generators running from other people I was not pleased with
