McDonald's

Maybe the best McDonalds we’ve ever been to! They were fast and efficient, and the food was honestly so good. We had breakfast McGriddles and McMuffins along with orange juice to drink, and it’s some of the best orange juice I’ve had other than my homemade juice! Very impressed!

As a mother of a toddler, this is the best McDonald's to visit.
Not only do they still have an indoor Play Place, but the equipment and seating is just the right size for my independent two year old.
The best part is that I requested a Happy Meal toy for a child under the age of 3 and they actually had one. I've NEVER had this happen at ANY location.
Thank you for making my little one's long drive home (Bryan to Austin) that much more bearable!

This McDonalds is the way every McDonalds should be. Over-the-top friendly staff, fresh hot food with fast service. Extremely clean restaurant. Very home town feel.

Wow...I mean the food was Hot and their people moving efficiently. Like fast food made well and served quickly. That's how it should be done😄

The young lady was bubbly and obliging. She was all smiles.

Full transparency - I do not frequent McDonald's but 1-2 a year. On a family road trip, we went through the drive thru. When I went to place my order, I wasn't rushed and told the girl that I needed a moment. When I was ready, she happily took my order. We approached the payment window and she noticed our two small children in the back seat. She asked me if they'd like a coloring sheet to which I gladly accepted. She and my wife exchanged pleasantries about the worker's hair. We then proceeded to the next window to accept our food. The worker asked us to confirm our order and then realized that what we had ordered was a combo meal and not a kid's meal - as intended. A gentlemen, possibly manager, interjected and apologized. I said it wasn't a problem and asked if there was a toy (kid's meal toy) in the bag. He smiled and handed us two for our kids. Order was wrong, but they made it right. Everyone that we interacted with was courteous and the food was fresh. Kudos.

The food was fresh and the manager (woman with short hair and accent) was nice when she brought my food.

Eat here what two weeks ago...ordered a drink after getting it something pushed me to open the drink and look inside after sipping it and founded it was full of ants as every one drink who used the same drinking machine. And look still possibly housing ants!!

Best customer service of any McDonald's

Had just gotten off work and decided to walk to this McDonald's, I saw the lobby closed at 10pm and it was 10:44pm so I went through the drive thru and didnt have a car, manager came out and told me that they didn't serve anyone without a car, said okay and she asked me what I wanted, I told her all I wanted was an iced mocha and she let me come into the lobby and they made me an iced mocha. it made my night so much better considering I had a 30min walk home 🤣 absolutely amazing manager

Normally good just nerd to fix drive thru. Shouldn't have to wait 20 to 30 mins in a drive thru line when they have two slots to order from but only always keep just one open all the time.

Great McDonald's! I came in for a replacement order. The manager and cashier we're very nice and respectful. They remade my order perfect. The best part about this McDonald's is their customer service! Thank you great job.

There was a problem with my order, my fault of course, and Erika handled it without skipping a beat and got me out of there and on my way. I love that kind of service. Erika is gone, service isn't the same :c

Every time we have visited, this McDonald's has been exquisitely clean and well maintained.

The dining area has a good mix of functional sections. There is a TV section for those who want to watch the news. There is a bar section for medium sized groups that want to sit on high stools. There is a long sectional table that can accommodate a large group, or several individual groups. Finally, there are booths and tables for families. All the padding on the seats is in good shape, no cracks or rips.

Both the men's and women's batrooms are clean, with working locks on the stalls, and changing stations! That means no excuse for not changing a diaper, dads ;-)

Play places seen to be disappearing from McDonald's, so we were glad to discover a play place here! Just like the dining area, the equipment is well maintained, with all safety padding and netting in excellent condition.

This McDonald's is a great place to stop and eat whether you are visiting Rockdale, or just passing through.
