Oh my!! The branch manager gave me and my daughter the best service in the world today. Her name is Laura Villarreal and she was my God send today. I had messed my bank account up pretty badly. I was a bundle of nerves but Laura came to my rescue today. Thank you, Laura!!

Extremely large international bank in rural community. Employees are local people live and work in our community put our community first. Bank policy very urban for agricultural which is good for us in the global market but as for local business or local people policy is not really conducive to local customers. Fee structure has been very heavy for small bank customers not changed since the 1970's which favors the bank and puts financial strain on the smaller amount money customer.

Worst bank I've ever used! Their overdraft protection is a JOKE! I had Amazon take out a $10 recurring payment the day before payday and got a $35 overdraft fee! What's the point of overdraft protection if it doesn't work? I'm closing my account with them today!
