Burger King

Came here on 30May2021 During our trip to Galveston TX during long Memorial Day long weekend.
Had burgers from this place.
This is located at Bay city near to our hotel stay.
Taste is good. People are customer friendly.
I don’t have no complaints about this place.
No much crowd inside of the shop.
Drive through is available.

I’ve always loved the whopper since I was a little kid. Now I travel a lot for my life insurance job and I got to say it’s hard finding a burger king where the whopper is amazing. If you love whoppers this is the place it was so good it just brought back memories like in ratatouille.

If you like Burger King it is the location to visit. I personally have always loved their food so I am satisfied.

The burger was fresh, put together as expected and polite staff. Fast service and they have gotten my order right every time. They deserve top dollar as far as bk staff gets paid because they aren't losing any customers like this. I'm from Mississippi and the burger King by my house is nowhere near as proficient.

I ordered a burger, a fish sandwich, onion rings, and a large Dr.Pepper last night, for drive-thru pickup. When I arrived, the drive-thru was really full of cars, so I went inside to the counter. My order was not immediately ready, but the friendly lady at the counter offered me my Dr. Pepper, and told me that they were waiting on the dish to come out of the fryer. I got my order in about 5 minutes, and the lady apologized for the wait. I was so hungry and it smelled so good, I ate the whole fish sandwich by the time I got back home! The Dr. Pepper was perfect, as was the fish and the burger. The only thing I would change is the onion rings, but they were fresh and hot too…but I wish B-K would upgrade their onion rings. However, this is a corporate menu item, and does not reflect negatively on this store in Bay City. I certainly will be back!!! Good job!!!

We love this place, food is always hot, French fries are hot and crispy.

My wife and i visited for breakfast this morning. This was my first visit to the town's newest overly needed fast food restaurant...
BUT, Customer service was great. The gentleman at the wndow had a smile, made sure to ask if we needed anything extra. Meanwhile, our food was promptly ready, and unlike most fast food places here in town, the cheese was atually melted on the sandwhich, and the hashbrowns were so hot that they were still warm by the time we got back to the house and sat down to eat.
Sorry, McDs bay city. Gave yall too many chances.

They was so busy at first couldn't get in there but when i did it was so good to have burger king back. mouth watering good. Best hamburgers in bay city. forget dairy queen. I took that bite odburger king burger i said dairy queen who 👍👍👍👍

Mr CJ is the perfect example of customer service! I go by there every morning and he always has a great attitude! Which you don't see much of anymore.

The Baycity location is the best, food is consistently great along with the service and the restaurant is spotless, inside and out, everytime i go. Amanda and her team are doing everything right and the bugers are so delicious

Very nice inside, great atmosphere the service was top notch and the food was delicious. This was my first time at this Burger King, and it definitely won't be my last.

The good is fresh if you go right at lunch time. But if you go later you end up getting col food that's just been setting there.

Good food. Great service. They are trying to give Bay City we haven't had. They are succeeding. Download app and get great deals. If something is wrong they fix it.

Friendly and fast service

Restaurant was very clean. Bathrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. The food was good.

The two in the drive thru were super awesome! I also ordered about 10 items and they were quick!

Always so accomodating. Offered free drinks to men helping get our truck started after battery failed in parking lot.

My order was taken immediately. All of my food was hot when I received it 😋
