I had some issues with my phone after getting back from my cruise. When I came into the store, Alesha and Dakota tried to get me situated with open arms. We ended up having to call into customer service to fully resolve the issue and I thank the rep over the phone also. But Alesha and Dakota went over and beyond for me. Their manager Janelle should be very proud.

Everyone was really helpful and informative about the products in the store! Thankfully they help me set up my new phone and explained the differences. There was even no wait and it was two days before Christmas!

Alesha was very helpful with staying in contact with me regarding the phone I wanted and also informing me about the good deals they have. She got me into a new phone in no time. She's a sweet young lady.

Dude. I walked into the Andalusia AT&T store with TWO busted devices and no Apple ID. Dakota, Janelle and Amanda had me on my way in less than 30 minutes with my problems solved! All they asked for in return was a nice review and for me not to steal their office supplies. Lol I gave the pen back and here’s your review guys! If I could, I’d give you all a raise!! I went to the store for a case, while I was there Dakota, one of the managers there, showed me all of my options and ways to save on what I was buying. He even offered to review my account and make sure I was getting my moneys worth out of my service. It was a very nice visit to the store. Thank you Dakota.

I walked in not knowing what exactly I was going to do and walked out with a new phone and new plan. Absolutely had the best experience here. Customer service was really awesome and helped me fully understand everything I needed to get me all set up. Brittany was the employee that helped me and she did an amazing job. Not only did she make sure I was taking care of, she also did it while making sure no other customers felt ignored. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back to this location if I am in need of anything!
