Big Boy

Go there every so often and the food and service are usually average, but today my husband and I received excellent service from our waitress Brittany. She is awesome, our food was brought to us quickly and hot. She was on top of everything and very sweet and efficient.

I had a great experience, Saturday, March 24th. My waitress, Brittany, was awesome. Breakfast was Awesome. But the service my son and I received was top of the line. We were lucky to have our waitress Brittany. I work in the service area as well and I give good service and expect good service and oh boy I can say enough what a great service she gave us. Thank you Big Boy for having a great waitress. I will ask for her next time we return.

Really good food! My waitress was very nice and checked on me frequently. Service started off a bit slow but then I noticed she was the only waitress waiting on everyone there. She was really nice and had a super sense of humor! 5stars for the waitress too!

We got there at the very end of the breakfast buffet that our family was looking forward during a long road trip. Our server Christie was awesome. She brought us fresh pancakes and french toast! We had the buffet too. Thank you!

EXCELLENT customer service by everyone and the food was PERFECT! Jacob did a great job with us! And kitchen manager Chris was very caring to ask us how we were and to make sure we were satisfied 😊 I'll definitely be coming back here

Everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, night staff was amazing, and the younger manager seemed to go above and beyond. I seen her help cook, run food, cash people out and she even put dishes away, great job Bigboy keep it up.

Always busy. Very seasoned servers and if you are a senior I can get 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 med. Pancakes and endless cup of coffee for $5.18 OUT THE DOOR. Also have a card after 10 visits almost free meal. The same above meal would be about $1.80.

This restaurant is under New Management and corporation is taking back over the company. Ever since New Management the food has improved a lot more. the building is constantly getting remodeled and bringing the restaurant back up to date. I would have really recommend big boys to anyone.

Food was great, had a little bit of everything. Strawberry pie was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and hot! Salad bar was enjoyable.
Server was great as well!

Loved it, service was amazing food was great, I'm glad to see that new ownership turned that place around. I will be returning. I had country fried steak and mash with country gravy delicious.

Burgers were amazing and what a nice price. Loved the atmosphere here and the staff was excellent. If you are looking for tastes of childhood and haven't seen one of these in a while, this one is a fantastic stop!

We had a great experience the other day! Our waitress was attentive and patient with us. Our food was great, and they even made a special pancake for our baby!

There aren't many family dining restaurants anymore.I have visited every Big Boy's in mid to upper lower Michigan, not all were the same. West Branch Big Boys restaurant, on the other hand, was clean, friendly and efficient especially with my 4 grandkids under 7yrs and the food is great without breaking your budget. I highly recommend this restaurant!

GPS has the wrong location for this place but it was in an easy location. It was a little farther north. I like how much room they have and how nice the waitress was. Made out visit worth going.

Breakfast was good, portions are large, coffee was great. Our server was lovely, hope she is our server every time we go here.

O my God it's the best our waitress Tina never let my drink run out told us about special n made sure my husband's dinner n mine were good I I am sorry to say this the Bay City big boys is top to the one in Marysville that we eat at the one in Bay City didn't burn my big boy hamburger and they fries were perfect you go to Marysville they always burn the hamburger in the fries are always Brown are there hard definitely worth the trip the Bay City I would all come back to Bay City big boy

The staff is wonderful. If you are a regular customer they remember what you like to eat. Great breakfast.!!!

Solid staff seems they need more at busy times though, impossible to predict rushes but the place definitely suffers from that. Great food nice location.
