I cant answer about the atmosphere, Inalwaus go through the drive thru. The last time we got breakfast, my sons sausage egg and cheese biscuit (te biscuit) was a ❤. Top and bottom... we were so shocked!!

Who ever was working this morning great job. I have ordered mobile orders before and they almost always never add my condiments and napkins. Today every I ordered was in my bag and who ever is cooking had my burger amazing. So great job please keep up this level of service.

Food was great so excited when I seen the croissant wish sallisaw would bring it back. Service none of the employees seemed like they wanted to be there none was rude but not very friendly either.

I had a great experience at this Carl's Jr. Customer service was excellent. I got my food in a timely manner. They brought it out to me. Not only that, the burger looked just like the picture. I was very surprised.

I give the workers 5 stars, but the app is completely trash. we ordered and confirmed and waited. Once we got there, nothing had been sent to the store

The workers were very professional, and when we decided to re-order everything, they not only got the order right on the 1st try but did so in a very fast manner

My Disabled Son and I came for lunch. I ordered the new philly cheese steak burger.... AWESOME! The fried zucchini was AWESOME! All of our meal was AWESOME! Customer service was AWESOME! I highly recommend Carl's Jr!

Always good. The fries were fresh and could give McDonald's fries a run for their money, and I'm not even a fry person.

Good food and even better people! We just love the manager, Gabby and the cook, Chris! They've been there many years and keep everything running smoothly. Food is always freshly hot, they get it served quickly. I've never had a problem at THIS Carl's Jr!!

BEST Biscuit and gravy I've had from a restaurant or fast food restaurant. Biscuit was perfectly cooked, buttery, brown and crispy on outside but not burned, and fluffy and soft on inside without being doughy. Gravy tasted awesome. The only complaint I have is I needed another biscuit 😋 YUMMY! The staff was also very friendly. I'll definitely return for the biscuits and gravy.

Great Service! Good food! The service was excellent if not a little slow but they were making fresh food which I appreciate. The fries were fresh and hot. Some of the best I've ever had from any fast food. The chicken on the chicken waffle sandwich was excellent. Juicy and hot. The waffle itself was just alright. The burgers taste similar to Burger King so it's a good alternative. Would eat here again.

I've gone to this Carl's for years. Why? Because I have always received outstanding customer service, my food is always made fresh. The restaurant is always clean. Their burgers always juicy and delicious. Missing that awesome Diablo burger, but you can get an order of poppers and make your own. Try their chicken tenders. The tenders from carl jr, by far, outdo tenders from local golden chicken. The meat, is actual breast meat. They are hand made when you order them, not fried up and kept under a heat lamp, to become chicken toughs. The breakfast food is also fresh, delicious and so reasonably priced! The best thick, juicy burgers on fresh soft delicious buns.Their coupons also make eating from there, so affordable. I promise you..for fast food restaurants, THIS ->Carl jr, is the absolute BEST, in food quality & freshness, with knowledgeable, friendly & caring employees. Anyone that has took the time to make a bad review, was just obviously having a bad day. I personally do not know anyone that works there, but everytime I go, I feel like they treat me like family.

The girl in the drive thru was so sweet and courteous. In today's world genuine kindness is hard to come by, especially in the service industry. Carl's Jr. Should give that lady a raise.
