Caprock Plumbing Heating and Air. INC

Made a mistake and hired an individual who messed up all the plumbing for our grooming salon. Called Caprock and they came to the rescue! Very professional and quick, super friendly and understanding. I'll call them before anyone else from now on!

I trust these guys to work in my own home and our rental properties. They know what they are doing. The office help is tremendous. She is the best at keeping everything going!

I contacted Caprock at night because our furnace went out. Layton was here the first thing in the morning. Tillman drove to Lubbock to get parts. They had our heat back before noon. This is a great business. I highly recommend them.

Caprock sent out a guy who was really polite and did a good job. I had a drain clogged with tree roots which is a tough drain to clear. He kept working it till it was clear though.

Caprock is great. Joseph is friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable. Really good company to do business with.

Im using my wifes email but want to thank caprock for coming in and taking care of business. It was our first time replacing the yard gas line..everyone I called was booked like crazy. But thankful Caprock came through and went to work updating the inside house lines, sleep w ease knowing we had professionals (Joseph and his side kick) work on our home and got hot water. Thanks Caprock

Our leasing agent has contacted this company on our behalf. She states that whomever takes the calls is extremely rude each time she has dealt with her. We have waited a week for them to come out to move our water heater. Not once did they contact us to let us know that they were delayed! She was told it is because they only had 5 employees and they would get to us soon. We called back again today and was told they could finally come out to move it, but could not return for at least a couple more days to move it back to where it needs to be, so that the electricians could do their part. It's a good thing we did not need water heater to shower!!!

I noticed your company has responded to another review with an excuse as well. Please let it be noted that I did NOT state in my review that it was an emergency or that we were without hot water to shower with or in the use of our kitchen. If that were the case, we would have chosen another company had they been available. My review is only stating that we were simply inconvenienced. I am sure you can understand how frustrating it can be. We have busy schedules and need to know when to be home to accommodate your employees...a simple call would have been nice.

In the future I recommend you keeping in contact with your customers, so that they are not inconvenienced. Great customer service goes a long way! I also recommend that you NOT mock your customers with quotation marks as it is NOT professional in anyway. It is also "extremely rude" and shows your true colors. Nor should you call me a liar by stating that my review is imprecise as Kathy is only being professional. You should take notes.

There are MANY people in Plainview that have made similar remarks about your company. They simply do not post them all. l did find similar reviews as mine elsewhere, but I suppose they too are lacking accuracy...
