We LOVE Simmons & Harlan Veterinary Clinic and have always had wonderful experiences with the large and small animal veterinarians we’ve seen there over the past 20+ years. I would especially like to thank Dr. Pruitt and his techs for taking such great care of our old man Rowdy today and always! Thanks to their attentive care and expertise, he is no longer Mr. Moley-Mole! He got two moles surgically removed today, one of which had become infected (first picture taken before surgery, second taken directly after) and he went right back to his mayhem-causing, Mama-loving, food-hunting self immediately afterwards. Making the decision to put a 16-year-old dog under anesthesia was tough, so Dr. Pruitt offered me a few different avenues of treatment. Ultimately, I decided that surgery was the best route since his eye mole had started to pull his eyelid away from his eye, which would definitely have interfered with his bossy, snacky, cuddly agenda in this life 🤣 The entire staff was so kind, answering all my worried questions and never making me feel like a bother. I love this clinic so much, and I am so thankful for the way they treat my babies! Thank y’all so much ❤

I've been using Simmons & Harla for a long time now. The vets & staff are very friendly. I took my cat Oliver there yesterday and they got him on the road to feeling better.

Dr. Simmons is the absolute best. I took a new horse in to have a complete checkup after just purchasing him. Well this horse had been abused and was very hard to handle. Dr. Simmons was so patient and kind with him, we were able to have him completely checked over, blood draw, and teeth check out. He truly cares about the animals he treats, and the animals feel his kindness. I can’t say enough good things about him and his veterinary clinic.

Dr. Simmons is literally the only vet in town that would see my cat on Memorial day. She had an obstruction and was very sick. He was very caring and gentle with her. This morning they operated to remove the blockage and she is already feeling so much better. Dr. Simmons saved my cats life and for that I am eternally grateful! This is the only vet in town that I will take my animals to from now on.

They were very patient with my dog and took the time to let him warm up. It was a much more pleasant experience for my dog than other vets we've been to.

Helped me out afterhours with an emergency with my cat. Super professional and kind, really helped me out in a stressful situation, took great care of my kitty. Unfortunately i had to put my kitty down a few days later and went back to them for this procedure . The staff were very empathetic and considerate during that process, very thankful. These guys really care!

When my fur babies were young,I tried all different places 2 take them in town. As soon as I took them to Dr Simmons,it was like they had been seeing them since birth. 3 generations of my dogs & I'd never suggest another place like this one or sets of Dr's. all around. They know exactly what to do & very caring, professional & will educate anyone on their little loved one. All 4 of the Dr's are top notch & it shows through our animals down to the wagging tails. This place should be hands down TOP of Texas 💯🎯 not just Texoma!

These guys are absolutely amazing!! Took very good care of my cat when we moved down here! My cat has seizures, so they immediately set him up and got him situated with his medication and treated him very nicely. Highly recommend this vet!

I can’t speak highly enough about this great team of vets! They have taken care of my animals countless times. While some being during business hours and some at the not so most convenient time but yet they have always greeted me with a smile and a handshake then it’s time to get to work. They are always professional and helpful and I’m proud to call them my vets! There isn’t another group of vets I trust more than this team!

I love it here!! I always know my pets get the best care by very skilled professionals that puts me at ease. My pets never have to leave in pain and that makes me feel better knowing they aren’t suffering when they go home.

Always super friendly and easy to get an appointment. They take great care of my dogs.

Every one veterinary clinic is so nice . I did not have appointments my dog was so sick that squeezed him in.

From making the appointment to getting checked in the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Once in the exam room the veterinarian went over what Poppy was due for and asked if we had any concerns. Quickly got her yearly vaccines and we were done. Over all wait time was minimal. I am very pleased with the service I received and the extra care given to my precious Poppy. She is fearful of people but Dr. Pruitt took time to let her sniff everything and make sure she was ok with what we were doing. That meant a lot. Thank you Simmons and Harlan Vet Clinic!

Always taken good care of our older dog. They are thorough, efficient, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable.

When my 15 year old dog got real sick and feared that would be my last day with him we took him to this veterinarian who confirmed my fears, but with medications they made it possible for me to have two more weeks with him. Then when the day came he could no longer move we called and they got us in right away. They were filled with compassion, let me be by his side till the end. Just like us they had tears in their eyes, even apologized for charging us the very small fee that it cost to give him the peace he needed. Shook my hand and told me they were sorry for our loss and we brought him home to our ranch where he is buried. A few days later we got a card on the mail signed by all the staff at the clinic. We have never had a veterinary service treat us so kindly. They truly care and I can't even begin to thank them for all they did for us.

This office is excellent! Kind and polite staff, super organized and efficient, and very well priced. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for taking care of my baby 🤍

I cannot say enough positive things about these vets. While visiting family in town, our puppy got sick and they worked to get her in same day, within the hour, providing prompt and thorough care and service at an incredibly affordable price. They took the time to answer each question and reassure us she would be safe to travel. If your fortunate to be local or close to the office, these are definitely people who genuinely care for their customers and patients.

The only vet that would see is for an emergency without being an established patient! Took very good care of our dog and gave us a diagnosis and medications. Within 24 hours she is back to her normal self.

The visit was great they were very friendly helpful and thorough with both my doggies I would definitely recommend them to anyone
