My experience here was top notch. I slipped and dislocated my ankle, and broke my leg in 3 places. The doctors and nurses were absolutely professional and caring! Dr.s Yeh and DeMarco were fabulous at puttin my ankle back together and setting my leg! Nurse Joleene was so wonderful, even though I tried to take her out under sedation lol. Shout out to the nurses on the 3rd floor who looked after me until I got surgery two days later. The ortho crew came in on a Sunday to get me fixed up and were outstanding as well! I have ZERO negative things to say.

Recently, I was in Ohio with three of my sons, cutting trails and hanging tree stands for hunting season and my older son had an accident with a chainsaw. Not being from the area I called Dave Mosti from Mosti Funeral Home in Steubenville and he told me to come here. From the initial check-in, to the doctors, nurses and other support staff, they made a very bad situation as good as they possibly could. Having one child with a severe laceration and two other children with me, and us being 4 hours from home, they went out of their way to make sure everybody was comfortable. As the doctors were working on my one son, some of the other staff and nurses were talking to the other two, getting them drinks and sandwiches. The doctors were amazing! Great bedside manners, and you can certainly tell they truly cared and wanted to do the best job possible to make sure he healed properly. Forever grateful to our emergency room nurse, Christie, all of the doctors and staff and David Mosti for the recommendation. They made the situation, the best they possibly could and provided top-notch care! Thank you, Trinity Medical Center!

Wonderful caring nurses. My mom had some really caring people take care of her. I know I will miss a couple of names but the following were great. Natasha, Stacey,Addie,Ashley,Hayley, student Derik, Shelley and Marcie who was the last to take care of her. The doctors were very caring and compassionate. The daughter or Margaret Adkins.

I had a great experience with Dr. Rafael Schmulevich's staff. The NP Lisa, was absolutely the best. She actually heard me .. my concerns, my questions. It felt like she cared. The way she spoke and what she said, really calmed my anxiety as well. Christina, at the front desk, was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The entire staff was great.

These reviews are for Carol Petchal. I recently went to the StClairsville office for an ultrasound. Very professional, quick service and very friendly. Then I had an MRI at West. Tom was great! I was concerned about an IV in my hand due to previous problems. No problem! He put it in my arm. I was very nervous because I’m a little claustrophobic but he put me at ease and I got through it with no problems. Today I had a Hidascan. Casey was terrific!! Very friendly, explained everything to me. I can’t say enough about the way I’ve been treated by your employees!!! And Mara in dietary is the sweetest person!!! I’ve been very happy with every interaction with your employees!

Staff (especially the nurses and nurse aides) are beyond amazing and extremely compassionate!! From the ICU floor to the private rooms, everyone we encountered and interacted with were amazing! We unfortunately had a family member on hospice care & within our 4 day stay with the patient, we were catered to and comforted by everyone who came into the room. We cannot express how thankful we are for the amazing care they provided!! To the nurses and nurse aides on the North 3rd floor, a huge shoutout and THANK YOU for everything. Words cannot express how wonderful you all are!!

I was extremely impressed with the care that my mom received in the ER and in the 3rd floor ICU department yesterday. Each nurse and doctor that was taking care of her was attentive, caring, and got the help she needed. I feel they went above and beyond to care for her. A special thank you to Christy in the ER. Linda and Cindy in the ICU.

Had called scheduling to make an appointment ahead of time. When I arrived, I was checked in and then quickly called for my procedure. Kudos to the technician!! The technician explained the process and was finished in 10 minutes. I was out of the hospital and back in my car within 20 minutes.

Took great care of my daughter in the middle of the night after a scooter accident. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors who helped her. I know what it's like to be up all night working in stressful situations, and I am grateful for all of your good work and help.

Their Out Patient Care is wonderful. It is like anything else. The earlier you are the faster you’ll be seen. So I’d recommend being there before 9am if possible. They open at 6am if you need bloodwork done before work. They are very professional and kind. There is some upgrading regarding construction going on as of May 2, 2019 but they seem to be handling the stress well in regards to that. They are located behind the hospital in the back and use the door just to the left of the E.R.

My wife had a severe migraine for 6 days. Went to Trinity ER. Wasn't the fastest treatment in the world but very effective. Got there at 4:30 pm and left at about 2:00 am. Could have been faster but they were really busy. Nice, caring, and competent caregivers.....Thank you all....

A very compassionate Hospital. They treat you like a human being and not a dollar sign. Genuinely care for each individual. Both nurses and Doctors, take excellent care of the patients.

The wife needed blood work done New Years day on a last minute whim and no options in our area (Pittsburgh West) were open. Random hospital sewrches in Weirton and Steubenville (40 mins away) brought a friendly staff menber who confirmed availability when no one else could. One half hour later she was finished and we were on our way. Our local monopoly system could learn a thing or two from the smaller guys such as here.

The Cardiology doctors and staff (nurses, attendants, etc.) are second to none. They seem to be up on their field and are always very professional and caring. It's a real blessing that we have this facility here in Steubenville. Many thanks to them all (especially the cath lab and 2nd floor crews!)

If I could give 10 stars I would..My son was in critical condition to the point they couldn't even tell me if he was going to survive..Well...today makes day 19 and all of his doctors and nurses NEVER GAVE UP ON MY SON❤ I do have to,say if he was somewhere else then I believe my son wouldn't be here today.. Thank you to all of his nurse's and doctors in ICU ❤❤❤ I would highly recommend this hospital😊

Took my dad for a heart cath and the ladies that work at the information desk are so caring and friendly! They make your stay very comfortable and the hospital is very clean!
