Plainview City Utility

This is not a star this is a negative star!! I've had too many bad experiences with this company and their lack of work ethic or customer skills. FYI you are paid with tax payers $$$ So have some respect and decency when u are paid re connect service don't leave paid utilities off!! we citizens
Are tired of it!!

Very rude clerks & unhelpful. The ugly attitudes could definitely get 5 stars cause that's what they definitely do best & have for sure! & negative -5 stars for not having customer service skills at all. 🤷‍♀ The department manager included!

I'd leave no stars if I could. Very unhelpful customer service, no decent options to pay online, and we never received our paper bill. Went up there to pay it and it's closed for no reason. On a weekday at 11:00 am, not a holiday. Worst utility company experience I've ever had.

Went to pay my bill this morning at 8am which was due the day before but they still havent disconnected anything and I still got charged a $50 disconnection fee. Nobody was no help even though I know they could've helped. That's robbery.

If i could give this place negative stars i would! Absolutely the worst service ever! This place is a joke...
