The entire staff is extremely professional and courteous. I know they are working under an incredible amount of stress right now due to administering COVID vaccines and performing COVID tests in addition to their normal job responsibilities, and I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. I especially want to recognize Toni, the Pharmacist, for the excellent patient care. I hope you know how much you and your Pharmacy Team is appreciated, you go above and beyond to take care of the Seminole Community. Thank you, keep up the great work...

Great customer service. The pharmacy staff always does their best to get me the best coupons for my prescriptions. And they are always very friendly .

This pharmacy was very fast with getting my prescription filled. I dropped it off at 8:30 am and it was ready by 10am! Staff was also friendly. Ive picked up other prescriptions from here as well and have never had a problem getting my meds filled in a timely manner

Showed up at the pharmacy a few hours before close, and no one else was there but me. The pharmacist was extremely rude, and unprofessional. He refused to run my insurance card and wanted me to pay full price for my medication because he was “the only one there and doesn’t have time to run insurance”. This man should not be a pharmacist let alone have anything to do with customer service. Talk about rude and childish. This place used to be so well ran, and has turned into the worst pharmacy in Seminole. Moving my prescriptions and taking my business elsewhere. Giving this pharmacy one star is generous, they don’t deserve one.

I’d left 0 stars if possible. Ever since I switched over a year ago it’s been nothing but hell with this pharmacy. But recently over the last several months they’ve hired a pharmacist that has no business in pharmacy or customer service. Heavy on the customer service part. Extremely rude and irritated all the time. Never has time to help the customers or answer pharmacist related questions. They have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to insurance and using it for your scripts. Twice now they’ve tried to charge me cash price just bc they’re incompetent and don’t know how to properly run it through insurance and are too lazy to call insurance to get help in processing the claim correctly. I’ve complained to corporate and I will again. And I will be also contacting Texas state board of pharmacy as well. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service and incompetence of the staff especially the pharmacist.

Every time I've tried to get a prescription filled here it's taken far longer than it should, like days not even hours. Either they're severely under staffed or their employees are incompetent or both. If you have the choice to use another pharmacy definitely don't waist your time here.

I transferred my scripts hoping for a better experience then where I was getting my medication, but apparently the staff doesn't know how to bill insurance correctly. On top of that I was given the wrong MG of medication then they wanted to argue with me when just the month before they filled the script with the correct MG. I will be contacting your district manager . This is poor customer service and very ill educated staff. W

I went to pick up a prescription today through the drive thru and the male doctor that was there was so rude his attitude was ugly the way he talked to me and everything was disgusting I can’t believe he is even employed there with that disgusting attitude. He needs to be fired because I’m sure I’m not the only one he has treated that way. I will be take my business somewhere else. If I could give CVS IN SEMINOLE ZERO STARS I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Since CVS took over, it is terrible service. Always out of meds, don't answer the phone, if they do, they tell you "i'm busy, call back in a few hours". I have called all week, for my medicine, guy tells me idk if I have it, and don't have time to look for you. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM!!

Terrible customer service takes a few days to get a simple prescription filled. they made my pregnant wife wait in the store with a very sick 4yr old for 45 minutes. They said it would be 15 minutes and they wouldn’t allow her to wait in the car and she finally just left and 2 days later the prescription was ready by then we had gotten my son the medicine he needed somewhere else

Very poor service! First they said they haven't received the prescription. Come to find out they had received it, just didn't check. Now we are in the CVS waiting game. If you were waiting on 10 Tylenol, it would still take an hour to fill the prescription. Bring Oswalts back please.

The pharmacist is not a nice person. The first time I came I thought he was just having a bad day. But the second time coming his attitude was the same, He is Rude and talks to you as if you are stupid. I wouldn’t recommend using this pharmacy.

They don’t even deserve the mandatory 1 star. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. We’ve tried multiple times to get our prescriptions transferred to Walmart and they refuse to transfer them. They are so rude and hateful. They will not get meds ready and say that they will only get them ready if you go in and sit and wait. Such a shame.

Pharmacy staff is very rude not helpful and lazy! I've gone here a few times and each and every time I've had issues with my prescriptions! I visit from Denton Texas often and while I'm here try to get my medication filled when needed and there is ALWAYS some type of issue on their end as to why the can't transfer a prescription or payment or anything and everything they can think of it seems to make my experience HORRIBLE!

Not a good drive through. They are probably understaffed, but they should not give appointments if they are not going to be prompt. Not a good place for a drive through as well, little dangerous waiting in the middle of the street that is right off the highway. I parked across the street and it allowed people cut in front of me. Overall not coming back, I’de rather go to Lubbock’s CVS.

Despite having called in 3 days in advance, my script wasn’t ready when I got there, even after I received a text message saying it was ready for pickup.
