Kimberly checked us in a little early was very friendly and professional. Offered us water and told us about the free breakfast ect. Our room was clean and smelled fine. We went down for breakfast and it was fresh hot and really good for hotel breakfast. The lady there was so nice and was friendly. Our stay was really good.

First of all it was so nice to finally stay at a place that is not advertising "breakfast included" only to get a brown bag with a muffin and apple in it because of concerns over covid. Here we got a full breakfast buffet with fruit, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, toast, cereal etc. I want to say that the sweet lady handling the breakfast area, Bridget was so kind and welcoming. Someone please mention this review to management and make sure she gets a card or note to recognize her work. We were visiting our son at college and it was because of these things that we would return for another stay.

Conducting business locally and stayed here one night. It's appears to be an older hotel but it's a good place to stay. Large and clean rooms. Interior walls are thick enough to where you don't hear your neighbors, exterior walls are not as thick. Could hear the train whistle a few times, but honestly it's not an issue for me.
Workout room small but sufficient
Internet good enough to allow me to connect to my work network and do some work.
Complimentary breakfast in the morning excellent and it has a decent amount of choices.
Recommend this place if you are visiting for work or pleasure. It lives up to the high standard of quality that Hampton Inn promotes.

A wonderful experience, getting away from an abusive household to spend time with my fiancee and their best friend. The rooms were nice and comfortable, Doordash was easily able to find and deliver to the address, and the hotel took every necessary precaution to prevent the potential spread of germs, even with their pool being open. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a quaint, comfortable stay for a night or five.

Total overall experience was excellent. Housekeeping was incredible front desk was friendly and knowledgeable general manager was friendly and willing to do anything it took for her guests satisfaction Hotel was well maintained clean inviting and breakfast was delicious hot and fresh every day.

Great location and friendly staff. A bit older property, but it's very well kept. Hampton Inn standard breakfast is served, but these folks go the extra mile with condiments and effort in keeping plenty of fresh hot coffee out (especially with the 6" of sudden snow we woke up to). Our first floor was clean and spacious.

Man this place was great! The bathrooms were nice there was a glass panel installed of a curtain and the way you turned on the water it was a delta system so it was nice. Beds were nice and so was staff. This was one of the best Hotels I've ever been too.

The bed was soooooo comfy! The decor was fresh and contemporary. I love having a microwave and fridge when I travel. There was even a settee to lounge on. I was so well rested for my work function the next day!

We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean the pool was nice but small. Parking was easy. The people at the desk were all very approachable and friendly. I'd recommend this as an affordable place to stay.

Awesome time we had while staying at this location. Went to Mountaineer, and this is about a 25 minute drive. Hotel was clean, front desk was very professional and polite. Check in and out were extremely easy. Beds were comfortable. Will stay again.

Patrice was at the front desk at 11 p.m. when we checked in. She was so friendly and made our check-in experience smooth. We had a few questions about the conference room and she went out of her way to answer all our questions and even showed us the conference room. We were in town for a family party and only needed to stay overnight. Check in was simple and quick, the room was nice and clean. Came with fridge, free wi fi and good TV. Breakfast buffet was excellent- the usual waffles, cereal, fruit, and juice~ coffee, but admonitions, eggs and bacon. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked a room here not knowing much about the area, but needed a place while I was doing some work in Wellsburg, WV. The staff was friendly. The first evening I was there was a cold one, and they had free soup available that evening. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

From the time we checked in on Sunday june 7th everyone was SUPER FRIENDLY and attentive. We had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency and i want to make sure the young lady that was working at approx 3pm. That day gets the recognition she deserves. She seemed truly concerned and was above and beyond professional and kind. So a HUGE thank you to her. Wish i had looked at her name tag. THANK YOU! For your kindness when it was much needed!!

Nice place to stay when dropping off, or picking up, your child from Franciscan. Has a nice looking pool, that was closed during our visit due to covid. Looking forward to using it in the future.

The staff here is very friendly. The breakfast is awesome, something different every day. I wish all the Hampton Inns were as great as this one.

Room clean and property well kept. Breakfast not great; would have appreciated some type of protein in the brown bag breakfast.

No issues here but 3rd floor is smoking rooms, book accordingly.
Rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean for me.

Did not stay overnight because the hotel was sold out. However hotel staff did their best to find my family and I other accommodations elsewhere. Hampton Inn Steubenville will differently be the hotel of choice the next time I am in the area.

The staff has been exceedingly helpful despite my demanding nature. The pool and rooms were wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again!
