Basye Brew Hollow

Came here after we finished a long hike. this was perfect "recovery meal". First off the food was delicious. Both my burger and my wife's burger were amazing. Local virginia beers made the lunch even better. In addition to that the service was great. We sat outside with our dogs and the server was nice enough to get some water for them while we ate.
The pretzel was perfect and the fries were covered in cheese and loaded with bacon. All in all an amazing lunch. Cannot wait to come back.

Staying nearby on vacation and decided to try here. It was a little too busy for us in the world of COVID so we got pizza and loaded fries take out. Wow were they delicious! The fries were a very large serving and had lots of cheese and bacon on them. Got pepperoni on the pizza and it was amazing too. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!

Very nice people. Wide selection of beers. Not a lot of beers but all very different. Food was great. Loaded fries and pizza yummo. The 80's music playing was cool too. We'll be back.

This is a great little restaurant! I've tried almost everything on the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. They use fresh, good quality ingredients that are prepared by a professional kitchen staff. The interior is cute and clean. It's a great place for a quick bite or a pizza for the family. I've been coming here since they opened and will continue to be a regular customer. Note: call ahead of you wish to order more than two pizzas for carryout. They also offer a large, well-decorated, fun, full bar downstairs. Highly recommend this restaurant and bar. My family eats here regularly and I will continue to recommend this little gem. Best pizza, subs, salads and sandwiches in Basye!!!

The loaded fries are amazingly delicious! The candied bacon really topped it off. We had the Blue Mountain Dark Hollow draft, and it was really good. A good atmosphere to hang and enjoy a good brew and play games or have a great meal. The staff was exceptional! We will return again when in the area.

This was a nice, newer restaurant which uses homemade ingredients and delicious food! Good service and good pizza. 10/10 my family will return soon!

Awesome new place with very friendly staff.
They’re very serious about making pizzas and the owner was kind enough to let me see their kitchen where I was impressed to see that they not only make their own dough, but cook it very traditionally. Very delicious. Their Sunday brunch is also particularly good because their chef does some unique one-off cuisine that you’ll miss on other days.
A+ work- will definitely be back again.

So up here at the resort for a few days and have stopped here twice, had their Chicago burger the first day, absolutely of the chain delicious the second day I had their pizza also delicious. It you are at bryce resort and want to go to a super cool small restaurant then this is the place go!! They also have hot wings you have to sign a waiver to eat, maybe tomorrow. 100% will be back when I'm up this way.

Went for some wings with some friends the waitress, who was also the owner, was friendly, funny and very helpful. The wings were delicious I had their Donkey Stomp wings and they were pretty spicy the whole group got different kinds and all were delicious. They let us try the sauce for the Dead Donkey wings and they were on a whole different level from the Donkey Stomp. All in all I highly recommend going here for good food and nice people.

Me and my brother tried the pizza. I'm just going to say from the start that it was excellent. We think it was American style and we are used to Italian. All the food had great prices. The bathrooms were clean and very great service. The kitchen was clean too. It is next to smileys kustard which is an ice cream place. Very close to are cabin too. Both me and my brother rated it 5/5.

Everything was amazing. Had the wings with the hot sauce (can’t remember the name). Appreciate its not just some pre-made sauce, it’s legit.
We also had the OG burger which had a generous amount of bacon and excellent flavor.
Last was the pepperoni pizza. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Their smaller kitchen may cause a bit of a wait for the food but it’s worth it.

Edit: The owner has advised that the website I received pricing from is not managed by the owners. I will change the star rating, however leave original text to warn others of the rogue website!

This restaurant was a nice find during our stay at bryce, and realistically, there was nothing else even close! So, we were happy to find it, and the food was good!
Unfortunately we were over charged each time we visited. Their website advertises a pepperoni pizza for 13.00. I was.charged 15.00 for a classic, and an additional 1.00 for pepperoni, for a total of 16.00
I also ordered a chef salad (turkey, ham, bacon, cucumber, tomato) for 8.50 and what I received was a Big Greens salad for 9.75 which was lettuce, cheese, onions, and tomatoes
On another visit we wanted hamburgers, and I have a child with a milk allergy, so, the big hamburger (called the Hollar Burger 12.00 on the website) without cheese was what was ordered. I was told I couldn't change the burger, I had to "build your own" burger (for 9.75) So, we ordered the Holler Burger without cheese sauce nor onions. We were charged over $35 for two burgers. Over 17.50 each!! So more than 5.00 extra for a burger with fewer toppings!
So, I know this review will never make the website, but maybe the manager or owners will update their prices. Like I said the location is gold, you can charge whatever you want, why mislead the public with false prices on your website?

Awsome staff, great food, excellent beer! This place is a second home for me and my family, highly recommended!

Came here last night with a group of 6 guys on a bachelor weekend golf trip. We showed up at about 8:30 pm (Saturday night). The service was absolutely amazing. We all ordered wings which were made fresh to order and having ordered the black garlic and old bay dry rub wings, I must say that these might have been the best wings I’ve ever had — at worst, top 3.

We met the owner who came out to make sure that we had everything we needed and the other staff were super attentive and helpful as well.

Needless to say, I will be planning more trips to Bryce mountain planning to come to Brew Hollow and make them sell out of these wings.

This place is a must! The flavors of the cuisine compliment each other so well. Such fresh and unique ingredients that boost the quality of some traditional dishes. I highly recommend the cheesy onion rings. They are on another level! 🤤
The staff is very friendly and make you feel like family. I will definitely be going back!

THE BEST food in the valley. Hands down. I’m a 26 year old foodie who’s lived in the Valley all my life. I’ve been to just about every restaurant up and down this stretch of 81 and then some. The aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff, and most Importantly the food is top notch. Its a off the path hideaway that is eccentric yet rustic at the same time. They make their own breads, sauces, chips, etc. I’ve personally driven an hour out of my way to have lunch at this spot.
