Binny's Beverage Depot - Elmwood Park

The only place I could find Malört near my home! Very friendly and helpful staff, and short lines even on the weekend before xmas thanks to several open checkout lines. Really interesting selection of booze, snacks and gifts that is worth a good browse.

First impressions of customer service were poor. They seemed angry to help me but it was merely confusion on their faces not anger. They ended up being very helpful.

I have a mild obsession with any beers that have guava in them 😂 the last who helped me at first said they didn't carry any Guava Gose's there but as I was walking to the counter disappointed she showed up with a few cans of Guava Gose's. I appreciate her continuing to look. It had already been a long day for me and that was my treat for myself. New Year's Eve was a stressful day 😂

Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Needed some guidance on buying champagne and the gentleman at the wine info desk gave great suggestions. Cashier's were delightful. Lots of choices (I love choices)!

Did an online purchase and pick up for the holidays and it went very smoothly

VERY nice people. I was in a rush, and I saw lady named Alejandra helping a customer PLUS distracted with some shelving but when I asked where some bottle was, she had the biggest smile and even took time to show me where the bottle was and asked if I needed more help. I would come back just for her excellent customer service!! 10 stars!!!

I went to Binnys looking for mocktails, in particular, Mingle mocktails. They didn't have them but Kiesha? told me that she would order them. Next time I went there, they had them, a full selection. Also other items for people looking for non alcoholic beverages! I was so thankful and surprised that she ordered them. Great selection. Also the price was $11.99, much cheaper than online!

This may not be the biggest Binny's around, but as craft beer fan they always have something new and interesting to pickup compared to the other Binny's in the near west 'burbs. Staff is always helpfull and friendly.

Like the ad says, " if you can't find it at Binnys..." Regardless of the location, their stock is plentiful.

Wonderful location don't remember the young lady name that helped me find everything I was looking for but she was Awesome...

I wanted to find more individual cans but they didn't have many but they DID have a lot of bottles/imports.

Binny's has a wide variety of alcohol. If you can't find what you are looking for here, maybe it doesn't exist.
