We recently had a new roof and siding completed by Look Family Exteriors and we were very please. When we first called to get an estimate Chad came gave us an estimate and we were able to sign our contract the same week! They also stuck to the original
Time frame we were given. There were a couple times prior to work being started at our house that we had questions and both Chad and his wife got back to us within that same morning. All the workers were very nice and left our property very clean once renovations were complete. Both were great to work with and we are very pleased with the outcome! Thank you Look Family!

Look Family Exteriors communication was excellent. Their crew worked diligently each day they were on our property. They worked late one evening picking up debris due to the strong winds we had. Overall, we were very happy with the entire process, and the quality of their work. We love our new roof and gutters!!

We wanted vertical vinyl board and batten siding on our new house due to the high winds on the mountain. Basically, just found a name on the internet and called. It was Look Family Exteriors, a local company. Chad met us at the site, and gave us an estimate right there! He was extremely helpful, guiding us in choosing coordinating colors for the siding and cedar shake accents; and extremely efficient with great communication. When he said they would be there, they were. Chad's guys worked hard; his foreman listened when we had questions. Then another crew of Chad's arrived to put the gutters on. 3 hours and done! From start to finish Look Family Exteriors were absolutely Amazing! This hometown company really made us feel like family. They were able to work closely with our busy schedule when responding to phone calls and scheduling inspections. The crew came out on a Saturday, due to rain, for our roof and gutter installation. My two young kids loved watching the crew work throughout the day. As my kids ran from window to window the members of the crew would smile and wave to them each and every time. Chad has replaced over 22,000 square feet of roofing here at the facility as well as PVC fascia, gutters, downspouts, and sections of vinyl siding. There are a number of areas in our roof system that required non-typical and resourceful problem solving. From start to finish Look family exteriors is outstanding, I had several estimates but Chad came to my home explained everything was very thorough, he left samples of the roof, Toni kept me informed of the timetable and then when it came time to have the roof installed the crew was amazing, everyone seems to know their role and it just flows seamlessly, I have a Faux balcony and Pedro came the following day to re install it he was wonderful cleaned the balcony pieces that were full of mold which he did not have to do. In addition the crew is very careful to cover all shrubs and the clean up was outstanding not a single nail left behind. Their price is very competitive with all the rest but the integrity of the company as a whole is beyond reproach and I would recommend them to anyone with out hesitation.

It was time to get our roof replaced. We had received several quotes and we decided to go with Chad from Look Family Exteriors. He came with packet which contain all the different roofing options along with awards and certificates of excellence. His guys came and did a excellent job!!! Only had one complaint and that one of his crew members was stepping on our newly put in landscape. Chad came out and hoped on the roof himself to ensure that all the work was properly done and also apologized to us about his crew member stepping on our landscape. He ensured me that if the plants didn't grow back that he would absolutely take care of it. Our roof looks great!!! Even gotten some complaints from some neighbors that walk by. I highly recommend Chad and Look Family Exteriors!!! Job well Done!!!!

Excellent workmanship! The roofers arrived, completed the tear off , put the new roof on, and completed cleanup in about 3.5 hours. Would HIGHLY recommend considering Look for roofing projects.

After a recent rain storm, a solar tube in my house started to leak. I called them the day after the storm and Chad came out the following morning to see what the issue was. Instead of a temporary repair I ended up I hired him to seal the solar tube completely. He came out the following morning to do the work after locating my hard-to-find shingles and did a fantastic job. The next time I need exterior work done, that's who I'll be calling.

I hired them to do my roof, they did a great job and it was done in timely fashion. We had a leak that Chad fixed. Our entire roof was completely done in one day, very surprising but glad it got done quickly. Very professional and took the time to explain the process to me.
