Have purchased two quarter cows in the past and had very good results. Riechers was easy to work with and met their projected time lines. Assisted in loading into vehicle. Have a 1/2 hung now and expect the same results.

It was a very pleasant experience overall. They did a great job with the meat cutting, and the service was quick. My order was delivered to my trunk by their great staff. It was my first time using them, definitely won't be my last... I'm looking forward to trying the products they smoked for me. It's a drive, but definitely worth it!

Very middle ground here. I was very happy with how quickly I got my meat. That being said my experience when I got there to pick up my beef was not the greatest. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly at all.When I recieved my meat it did not have my name on the packing and I asked three times that I was getting the correct meat. I was told I was. When I unpacked it into the freezer I noticed that there were cuts that I did not ask for. I opened up my rib eyes and they are beautiful but I asked for two steaks per pack and I got 4. I've worked in a small town meat market like Riechers and I understand mistakes happen but live and learn I will be going to my home meat market from now on.

We haven’t received our meat yet, so I’ll update once we can speak for its quality… but as of present, we’ve waited four weeks since dropping off our lot of hogs, and have no meat to speak for. We had not heard a peep from them, and finally called for an update. The person I spoke to acted super annoyed that I was asking into the situation, and told me that our lot of hogs have been delayed because of equipment breaking and because of deer weekend. Our hogs were at the locker two weeks prior, that doesn’t seem like a likely excuse, knowing that the other several lockers we’ve taken a lot of hogs to have processed in approximately two weeks time. If there were equipment delays, the customers should have been contacted, that’s just basic, good customer service. Hoping this is resolved in the next week and that our meat is of excellent quality, because at this point, we won’t be back next year.

Buyer beware. This butcher shop does not know how to cut beef. We source our organic beef from a supplier in the tri-state area and the product Reichers cut and packaged on their behalf bears no representation to standard commonaly accpted cuts. One example is this RUMP roast. In my lived experience a Rump roast is a better cut and does not require being held together by string.These are our photos.

was very disgusted. relieved rotten meat the first time I got my pig. took the meat back and got a new pig onky to get 1/2 the meat I ordered. owner ignored phone calls and would never return calls and always had an excuse as to why I was short on meat. took out meat from the 2nd pig and it was rotten again. owner told me it was my fault and that my freezer wasn't working properly. all of the food in my freezer was fine except the pork. the meat was green smelly and slimy.

We got a pig from there. Our packages were not sealed right at all opened and lots of air. We ended up throwing alot out. The cuts we horrible. We would never go back. Very disappointed should of brought it all back and got money back
