Stores like this are becoming more and more rare everyday. The unique products and helpfulness of the staff are unmatched. I drove over 70 miles one way to do business here and would do it over and over again. Special thanks to the staff member who took some time out of his day to give me a tutorial on the special software I would use on the product he just sold me. He saved me hours of potential frustration. The knowledge of the staff and level of service in this store sets the bar very high. Thank you for everything!

The owners married to each other are tuned into everyone's needs and are intelligent in many areas. The whole crew works hard and goes above and beyond their duties. Everyone is nice, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. This store is neat and very clean with welcome vibes! Remember AT&T cellular is now available here, much better than the US cellular that we had for so many years!

Excited to see a RadioShack but this RadioShack is the best store I have ever experienced. Not only is the store well merchandiser but just perfectly merchandiser. The location has an AT&T store and a repair center. So happy I stopped in during my trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they were able to switch me over to AT&T very easily and it has been working very well for me. Definitely would recommend.

I'm so impressed I have US Cellular but they would not help me with my phone problem. I went next door to the RadioShack and the nice man fixed the problem.

The people at the AT&T store helped me even with us not buying the phone from them. We purchased our phone from US Cellular but they never want to help me. The People at RadioShack spent time tith me and resolved my problem.

Great place for electronics lovers. The only box store I'm aware of that even sells electronic components any more! Hope they stick around

Great place to buy any electronics. A wonderful, family owned business that treats all of their customers like neighbors. You really feel welcome, without feeling as though you’re being pressured. A friendly hello, and what can we help you with! If you just want to look, not a problem. However, if you do need help, it’s not only easy to find, but the owners and employs make you feel like they truly enjoy that part of their job.

Honestly, there aren’t many places like this anymore.

And the prices are fantastic. We’ve been so happy with our past purchases that we decided to buy another flat screen TV from Dave today. This time we added a sound bar. It’s amazing!!! There’s always a deal on something, and a great inventory so you take it home today. Can’t recommend the Monroe Radio Shack enough!

AT&T Cellphone store inside RadioShack!! This is awsome!! This is the largest well organized RadioShack and AT&T I have ever seen. The sales people are so helpful!! They also have a full service cellphone repair center.

The selection here is unbelievable! TVs phones electronics even electronic components. It's massive. The location is partnered with AT&T wireless. They also have a full repair center.

AT&T at RadioShack has friendly people who helped us with our phone. Recommended.

Dropped my phone in the toilet and it ruined the SIM card. Went to the new US Cellular store in the little shopping mall across from Walmart. This is the one that used to be connected to Radio Shack but they were recently divorced. 😀
First thing I noticed is that they are now open until 7:00. Yay! It was busy but they had four employees helping customers. The manager helped me. She was very knowledgeable and got me hooked up with a new phone in no time.She answered all my questions patiently without making me feel stupid for asking. She was very friendly. I was very relieved to have a working phone again.

Dave and his team are long-time quality fixtures in our community. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their friendliness, service, product selection, innovation and dedication to the community. This is a great organization and I love doing my business there.

Went to the US Cellular store next to RadioShack in Monroe Wisconsin and they were not helpfull and rude would not help me at all. They only wanted to sell me a new phone. I then went to Fuzzy's store where I purchased my phone. The clerk wanted to charge me $10.00 to ask a question about my phone I purchased from Fuzzy. I went back to RadioShack they answered my question and fixed my problem in less then 15 minutes. I did not even buy my phone from RadioShack but RadioShack went out of the way to help.
