Not open , but i did not call

Just placed 3 orders on their web site. Sent email asking about shipping speed. Sarah was rude, told me that they do not shipping. Web site states that they do (it is in my electronic invoices). She hung up on me. My credit card was chard. Will put on dispute. Stay away from this business!!!
