Starbucks

What a great place to stop, for a great cup of coffee. Ordered a cup of coffee on my Starbuck's Gold Card. Left my wallet in my car as I was planning on a "quick" cup. My Starbuck's card developed a slide problem at the cash register? Weird? Needless to say I was embarrassed and was going to run to my car quick so I could pay for my tall coffee. The Barista there stated....NO WORRIES....ON THE HOUSE! Well done Danville, Illinois Starbucks!!

Today was my daughter's birthday and all she wanted to do was go to Starbucks and get a cake pop and get a "big person's drink" (pink drink). The staff was friendly and when they found out it was her birthday they gave the cake pop and pink drink to her for free, which they did not have to. I want to thank the Danville Starbucks staff for making my daughter's birthday morning awesome! You all made her feel super special 💗

Starbucks obviously has great coffee, but the people that work at this specific location are all seriously the SWEETEST. Always greeted with a smile, and occasionally they will help a girl out with a free treat or drink! You shouldn’t go there expecting special treatment, but when it occasionally happens it can make someone’s day. The kindness is contagious. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Exceptional service! The barista cheerfully greeted me and immediately noticed I was having a rough start to my day. He held his smiled and told me the drinks were on him. I assured him it was fine, I was happy to pay, but he insisted. A small gesture that turned my entire day around.

The barista Keegan was so wonderful. He greeted me with a huge smile and helped me find exactly what I wanted. He gave me a pup cup and my dog would not stop wagging her tail. Coffee was amazing and so was the service. My absolute favorite starbucks store!

They are really really good! You pay for quality! And you get the best here..

Always friendly service. The store is clean and service is fast. The servers Emily and Landon are always very nice and smiling so this must be a great place to work. Parking here is difficult and even worse now with Jersey Mike's being crammed in next to them making parking less and the drive thru a bit more difficult to get to with the construction. With that being said it's nice that another restaurant is coming to Danville. Keep up the good work guys!

Great open layout, with indoor and outdoor seating. Includes a drive-through. Maintains the expected Starbucks consistency.

I went there Friday the 21 around 3 and the service I got was absolutely exceptional I wish I had gotten the girls' names so that I could give them the credit they deserve. I kinda wish they could be there every time I went lol

Products are good , service is quick however in a ok here you go bye with forced happiness way.

The service is always wonderful at this location, honestly the only location I go to where I'm regularly greeted with a smile, hello, and a thank you. I understand Starbucks can be quite busy at every location, but someone acknowledging your presence is appreciated. Keep up the food work Danville!!

The employees at this Starbucks are amazing and always friendly. They always greet me with a smile, say good morning, and say have a great day when I leave. They let me know of promotions going on within the Starbucks app. I definitely recommend this Starbucks.

Thoughts; As a previous short term Starbies employee here, this is not an easy job! From the orders/amounts/steps for each individual drink to the very rude people who get upset if you don’t make their TikTok drink just how it looks or taste, it’s stressful and not near enough pay. Be patient with your barista, lots of training happens!

Currently; I adore several of the peeps at this location. Not only did I meet great people, I learned a lot about pronouns, AND learned how to make my own coffee at home. The staff is patient and very kind. I personally love now that there are no masks now so I can see the smiling faces, it helps. Shania, Em, Ley, & Sabrina nailed my order today and it helped make this dreary day better in the social work field. Thank you!

I don't really like Starbucks when I'm in other states. However, this Starbucks in Danville is great. The customer service is fantastic and the food and drinks are always delicious.

The staff is always friendly and the frappes are ALWAYS on point. ALWAYS. It’s my favorite Starbucks, it’s unfortunate that I live 2 hours away and the Starbucks in my town doesn’t compare to Danvilles. Appreciate the consistency great experience

I love the friendliness and speed that I consistently get from the baristas here. It's consistently high quality every time I go to this location.

Never been there before and don't know what any of the flavors taste like, so i asked her to chef me up something and she did an awesome job!!!

Shania and Aubrey are both AMAZING! I Love their upbeat friendly attitudes and attention to detail! I know I will have great customer service and a good experience when they’re around!❤
