Everyone was great Sabrina-receptionist, Ashley-the tech, Ms. Nelson-the dentist and of course Jill-the financer. I was treated very professional. NO PAIN. I think I’m going to love my experience there. I HAVE A VERY, VERY BIG FEAR OF DENTISTS. There I was calm and relaxed. Thank you all for your courtesy, and pleasantness.

The service was really good. They were very kind and helpful with any questions.

I could never say enough good about this office. Every one of the staff are so amazing to deal with, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Dr. Nelson and her staff...So welcoming, caring, understanding, and efficient! I was completely at ease and felt safe in this office. They take the time to explain everything, what will happen and in what order. No surprises, just complete and competent care. I 100% recommend!

I’ve been coming here for years and have had only good experiences. It’s inconvenient and out of my way due to where I live, but so far I’ve not wanted to change my care. Loyalty like that gives you a sense of the quality of their dental care. So I do recommend Danville Family Dental to others as well. Keep in mind that many people only post reviews when they have something negative to say :)

They make you feel comfortable and don’t make u feel bad for issues that you have wether it’s you have been to a dentist in awhile or if u have a condition. Staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns. They were well informed and answered all my questions. Dr. Nelson was very thorough and patient with my questions. She answered my questions-, used visuals to help me understand and was very reassuring. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality dental care and a friendly environment.

I took my five year old son for his first dentist appointment, and it’s safe to say they did EXCELLENT. They did a great job explaining everything to him before they did it. Jessica the hygienist was absolutely wonderful, and as was Dr. Nelson! ❤

We love Dr Nelson and staff! They are so fun, welcoming, and make the dentist experience less scary. My daughter always leaves saying how much she loves her dentist! If you have kids this is THE ONLY dentist you should go to! They also happen to do great work! Highly recommend.

The staff is SO friendly and do a great job explaining what they’re doing and why! I never leave there in pain or discomfort when having other services done beside a cleaning! Going to the dentist used to evoke a feeling of dread but not with Danville Family Dental! It’s not a big deal at all to go because of how wonderful the staff is!

The staff here is absolutely phenomenal!!!! The doctor is soooo amazing!!! She just has such a calming presence as well as a way of explaining things to you that makes so much sense! The whole staff here is incredible. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. They explain procedures and answer any questions you may have. As someone who has immense anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments, I have never felt safer and more at ease than with Dr Nelson. I love that she and most of the staff are from Danville, so I know that they truly care about their community. I cannot recommend this practice more.
