What lovely, polite,caring and professional staff take care of you at Aspen! I haven't been to the dentist in too many years to count and they greeted me as if I have been an ongoing patient. They presented several options of how to approach my needs.And we're more than willing to work within my financial abilities.
Highly recommend even to people who might have some anxiety. No judgment only care.

The Aspen Dental location in Danville, IL on Vermilion Street, has provided my family and I, the BEST customer experiences EVER! The Office Manager, Katelyn, made it easy for me to get the care that I need, she provided financing options and talked me through the process. TY!!! The dentist, Dr. Jung is 100% transparent and gentle; just what the DR ordered. I have to give KUDOS to the most professional, compassionate, and engaging Dental Assistance I have ever met; Taylor thanks for helping my daughter relax and educating her about oral hygiene :-) This location gets an "A" for AWESOME!

I hate dentist offices and this was my first time here….However this place was so laid back and down to earth….MARIAH an amazing employee took great great care of me!!!!! She was outstanding! So was the Doc and the other employees…give this office a try you won’t regret it!

All around great place!! They really care about their patients. Very straightforward about what to expect from your treatment plan and financially as well. The staff is very professional and courteous.

Rebekah, the dental hygienist, is absolutely wonderful at her job. This is the 3rd deep cleaning I have had to have in my life. Only because I didn't like my hygienist that did the cleaning so didn't go back. Rebekah made me comfortable and did such a good job with minimal pain! I will be maintaining my teeth from here on out!

3 weeks later and they finally pulled the tooth I have been fighting. Dr Jung did an excellent job and had no clue that we were actually fighting a cracked molar the whole time. I will continue to see Aspen Dental for all my yearly dental needs!!!

Horrible.. went in with tooth pain. Receptionist was very nice! No privacy during exrays, hygienists was ok, Dr Jung didn't seem to know what he was doing. Prescribed antibiotic for "infection". I finished the antibiotics as prescribed a week ago and been trying to reach them by phone e to let them know I am on more pain now then when I first went in! No one answers the damn phone and they don't return phone calls when you leave a message! Going Into office in the morning to get my Care credit back. Refuse to let aspen finish an dental work!!

After finally leaving a message that I was pulling my business cause of the horrible service, they called me back apologetic and got me right in. Put me on a new antibiotic and told me to just come in if this doesn't help the pain and the Dr will help me right away. Again the receptionist absolutely awesome and my nurse this time awesome as well. Dr Jung very compationate as well. I moved my stars up to 2...We will see how this goes!

Everyone was so great. No judgements. All of them were so friendly from reception to the dentist. Everything was told me in detail I could understand. I would recommend them to everyone!

Fast, friendly service! Everything was explained to me in detail before it was done, and discussing options for financing was very helpful.

I had prompt service. The staff was pleasant and explained everything to me that I was having done. Although being at the dentist is not place I like to spend time at, I highly recommend ASPEN DENTAL.

So far, so good. Just started what will take a few trips but I’ve been treated like a rockstar so far!

It was the best dental checkup ever. (I am 71) Everyone was attentive and let me know the plan step by step. They were very creative as they worked around my schedule. I will gladly refer others to them anytime.... In fact later this year my husband will be needing a check up and he definitely wants to go there.

Very , very , exceptionally staff. Going to stick with them. Had them in Illinois about 9 years ago. So, glad that I found out that they are up the street, around the corner. From my home. Great ! 🎯😀Got me right in. Same call. Same appointment date. You can't go wrong with Aspen Dental. 😄
