I went to this place and bought a recliner and 2 twin beds... they were very friendly and delivered same day and came into my house and put the 2 beds and the recliner together and even put my kids blankets on the beds after they built them... im very happy and I will be doing my furniture shopping there from this point on. Thank you guys!

Just moved to Newport and needed new furniture for my new home. I was so pleased with the service. Very friendly and welcoming with no pressure to buy. The furniture options were terrific. Great place for furniture. The best people that are very knowledgeable and friendly. Went with my elderly parents and they are very friendly and respectful towards them. My parents and myself have bought great furniture there several times for a fair price and we will be back.

Great quality and selection of furnitire, fantastic customer service, Michelle in sales was wonderful as well as the guys who loaded my sofa for me, they were both very helpful and informative. They are not on a main road so I've never noticed them BUT im glad I found them, Ill be going back anytime I need furniture. GPS will take you right there! I'm happy to shop local with places like this!

Joe's furniture warehouse had the mattresses that I wanted at a reasonable price and I didn't have to wait weeks for them to be ordered. Michelle helped me with the decision. She was pleasant and not pushy. I will not hesitate to shop Joe's for any future furniture needs.

@ Penny Porter If you had a defect with the product, it would have been the manufacturer's responsibility to correct anyway. Manufacturers are the ones to cover warranty issues. Joe's Furniture is just a 3rd party distributor and would likely have to send it back to BEST chairs to repair. I've had a BEST double recliner sofa for 5+ years and it has somehow survived my two young children, my dogs and every family gathering with my husband's large family (he's 1 of 8 so you can imagine how many people that is). I've never had any issues.

I have bought a set of bunk beds and more recent a table and love it! They are very friendly and it is worth it to buy and shop local. If you want good quality furniture shopping here is a must
