I recently had an exceptional experience at Home Depot, and I must say it's largely thanks to an outstanding employee named Lucas. His expertise, helpfulness, and friendliness made my visit truly remarkable. Lucas went above and beyond to assist me, making the trip to the hardware store not only productive but also enjoyable. Kudos to Home Depot for having such an amazing team member like Lucas! The stellar service I received has solidified my loyalty to the store. Five stars without a doubt!

Home Depot in Mount Pleasant has always been my go-to place. I built my whole house around it. Here, 25 years later, replacing simple things like tub, shower ,light fixtures,(by choice, wanted something different)new toilet, washer, dryer, furnace, hot water heater. All things that have needed to be replaced recently. We still use Home Depot. They respect our military and give us a 10%discount. Helpful when looking for something in store. The only thing I don't care for is when you call them to ask questions. You get the run around and they usually don't know the answers to my questions. I usually get the response contact the manufacturer. So that would be my only downfall.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I went Black Friday shopping at my local HD just before 11am and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly with an offer for a cup of fresh coffee and/or a cookie. The associate also said they'd be giving customers hot dogs around 11am if I was hungry and wanted to come back up. I know that was just a Black Friday occurrence, but it was still so thoughtful and generous. But then, while shopping around, I had no less than 3 associates stop me to check to see if they could help me find anything. They were pleasant, kind and were not at all "pushy" like you'll often find with sales people. They were genuinely trying to help customers navigate the store to find what they were looking for. One woman was so friendly and offered to lead me right to an item I was searching for. Every staff member I encountered - or overheard conversing with another customer - was friendly, warm and welcoming. Then, while I was at the self checkout, a woman manning the registers offered to hand me my items while I checked out. It was such a positive, wonderful experience on a day when people can be so "cutthroat". AND - they had really good deals! I was so impressed - way to go, Home Depot! That was the epitome of customer service and I will tell anyone who will listen. Definitely earned my business again and again!

I love Home Depot. In my opinion, have better quality items. Flowers, vegetable plants, yard plants, lumber, yard tools, garage tools, hardware, etc. I'll buy from other stores, but I usually end up saying "I should have just went to the depot".

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted and needed. They were patent and kind. I asked questions and if they did not know they found someone who did. The checkout clerk was very kind and asked me if I found everything I wanted and said he was very happy I had a great first trip. He was very sincere. If I ever need anything for my home or projects I will be going back there!

They have the best deals on Milwaukee tools on black Friday!👍and They usually run their sale to the end of the year... Bathrooms was very clean, and employees where very helpful.

Again, we took full advantage of a long awaited appliance sale at our local home depot...the best appliance sale since covid struck. We saved a ton of money and just added six new appliances to the remodel, saving us over $1,500. Shipping took around 2 weeks and the delivery crew was spectacular. Doers get more done at the Home Depot!

I love this store, we do alot of our own remodeling work ourselves and always find reasonable prices with home depot. The only problem I have is there seems to be a lack of help or helpers.

Customer service is good, capable people work here. TJ took care of us, no problem.

The Home Depot here in Mt. Pleasant has always been great to us. The employee's customer care and customer service particularly stands out.

Wow! I was so impressed with the managers, Justin and Adam, who resolved an online order issue so expediently (best than the customer service via telephone 🙄). So thankful for their sensibility and kindness. Super happy customer over here!

Mark the veteran was incredibly helpful & kind. He helped us find everything we needed for our project as well as answering all our questions. He even helped with figuring out a store credit card issue! So very helpful!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

I am in Home Depot daily and Del at the service desk is one of the most helpful people in the store!
