They have really yummy cheese, i was going to take my sister from Maryland here that was visiting my family last week. But she wanted to see the cheese she was going to buy. Too bad, cause I used to ship her cheese from here for a few years til they stopped. But im glad you can still buy cheese here. I highly recommend this place. They really have yummy cheese and the best cheese curds and reasonable rates on cheese too 😁

Stopped for some cheese today. Good price, friendly staff. You have to call to have someone let you in as they are short on staff, like lots of places. Closes at 3pm.

I am just now eating some muenster cheese from Zimmerman Cheese and am so impressed I feel obligated to write a review, something I rarely do. Coming from Wisconsin, I have eaten a lot of cheese, some great, but many more that are just average. The salt content is just right, and the cheese has a perfect medium soft density. This muenster is above average, I will be back for more!

Zimmerman's cheese is a must-see experience, for several reasons. First off there is a historical mural on the outside of the building telling about the founding of Wiota Wisconsin. Alexander Hamilton's son, Col. William Hamilton, opened a lead mine and smelter. He built a Fort there to protect against Indian attack during the Black Hawk Indian war. Second, Zimmerman's Cheese Factory has a cheese store selling many types of fresh cheese at very reasonable prices. Their fresh cheese curds, made daily, are a delight to the senses. The workers at the factory are pleasant, too. You will likely meet one of the owners when you stop in.

Their Brick and Muenster cheese rocks! I always make a bulk order for Holiday gifts and entertaining.

Wonderful place. It is the only place I buy my cheese. The workers are great.
