Went to look for fire pit, and not only did they give me a great price on one… but it would not fit in my car, so one of the employees threw it in her truck and brought it to my home a few blocks away on her break!! Thank you so much again!

Love this store always have someone asking if you need help looking or with instructions for whatever you need.always helpful.they just need to spend the money to replace their popcorn machine it was always a tradition and we have lost to many traditions

Bottom line, they always ask if they can help me find something as soon as I enter the store. It usually takes very little time to get what I came for and check out. Store seems well stocked (how do they fit so much stuff in there?!), but the simple, friendly service they provide beats a trip to the big box stores any day of the week!

Their slogan is so true...I love this store ..they are always at the door to greet you and then help you right then...and they have it ...

Being a widow and on my own, I need as much help as I can get. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. They will always help with what type of products, sizes and comparisons of anything your trying to achieve.

I think that Gil-Roys Mt.pleasant is the best go to hardware store in the area. The staff is over the top helpful. If you want to have hands on helpful information this is the best I have ever seen. If you can avoid the big box stores Gill -Roys is the best 👌

Staff members greet customers and ask how they might help. The free mini bags of popcorn are a standard treat. The store is packed with a great supply of items

I own Massage Central right next door and am frequently in their store. They are extremely helpful and kind! My favorite thing is Gilroy's truly does "GOT IT". I have found several things there that I could not at other hardware stores and they always help me find it. My second favorite thing is I can get in and out in very little time.

A bit pricier than big box stores, but the customer service and helpfulness is worth it. Every time I go in, someone shows me right where to find what I’m looking for, and answers my questions.

Got a large custom screen made for my front door. The staff was friendly and the screen was great. From beginning to end I had an overall great experience

The staff went above and beyond to help me get the parts i needed. I even got a few tips about what kind of materials i should and shouldn't use for objects needed around food and water.
